I’m giving it one star because I can’t give it zero. This was probably the worst motel experience I’ve had. We were in the room for 5 minutes and had to leave immediately because the room smelled like cigarettes. It was nothing like the pictures show, and the guests next door were extremely disruptive. They were yelling and running in front of our door. I contacted customer service and they were no help. I was told to talk to front desk about a refund, I did, and it was denied… telling me I needed to contact customer service directly. It was so bad we had to look for something else. 0/10 do not recommend.

Good and clean facilities. Close to several points. They offer parking and coffee almost all day. The perfect room for 2 people, immaculate bathroom and very comfortable bed and pillows. The girl at the reception Martha is a lovely person, of course I would come back again on my next visit to the city. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Tuesday August 13, 2024 The front desk lady was friendly, fast and efficient. Once I left the office and drove through the parking lot I noticed the congregating in the parking lot by the ppl who live there via housing vouchers and they still carry on like they're in the projects. They were arguing and fighting and the front desk carries on as usual. Good location but wasn't worth $150 on a weekday. When I went to walk my dog the homeless man was outside my door with his dog and he was tweeking so bad he couldn't control his dogs leashes. He just said, don't bite. I called the office and the man with an accent says he didn't see anyone on the cameras. He must've been blind because it was a showed out show! I felt highly uncomfortable but they don't do refunds and don't seem to mind the activity or bugs.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the attentive and friendly staff. Martha at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Efficiency and professionalism.

Staying at Red Roof Inn was a delight from start to finish. Ms Martha made the check-in process very seamless, and all the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.
