This place was awful. The door handle was broken, but when we could get into the room, it was like a trap house. |The carpet looked like pieces of carpet ripped from a larger piece of carpet and used as mats. It was dingy and so sketchy. Definitely a feeling of “are we going to get robbed/get roaches or bed bugs? The entire place smelled like urine. We didnt even bring our bags in the room. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and didnt even stay 10 minutes. |Ive stayed at many motel/hotels both in North America and internationally and I can whole heartedly say even compared to 3rd world country hotels, this place is the WORST. |DO NOT RECOMMEND

Customer service experience was truly just plain awful. Management required a cash deposit - $50 on top of room fare - even though I was paying card. The woman at the front desk had attitude the entire process, absolutely no sense of common decency in her interactions. The room itself had problems, peeling textures on the walls/ceiling, some kind of fixture in the walls had been stained with what looked like smoke and never bothered to be cleaned. And then, the cherry on top, when I went to check out just before 5am because I have a flight to catch, the office was completely empty. So I just don't get my deposit back, which their handwritten sign said I have 24 hours to collect, because I won't physically be in the country in 24 hours.

The person who checked me in was rude and drinking outside with another woman when I showed up. I was not informed that the TV did not work upon check in. When I went to let the woman who gave no name. I was told to deal with it. The room was not clean. There was not any plastic cups to drink water. The woman who checked me had short brownish red hair and was a heavy set woman. Also someone tried to break into my husband's tool box in the back of his truck. Brandy at the counter in the morning took note to everything for me and was extremely nice and understandable to the situation. I would like to be reimburse somehow for the incident. Good service. Able to help me out. Affordable, safe and clean. It's not the W, but it DEFINITELY ain't a roach motel either. 5 stars. You are also close to good restaurants, Home Depot (don't ask lol) and grocery stores. That is all for now thanks

My 16 yr old and our dog were homeless and ended up here due to circumstances beyond our control. This is the Best place, by far we have stayed. Tommy was absolutely AMAZING, as were Crystal, and the other house keeper (Sorry, didn't get her name, but pretty sure she was Head of House Keeping) The room was clean and didn't stink like others we been in. We didn't have towels, but they made sure we had them as soon as we asked. There are alot of dogs, but STILL quiet and the lawn is clean. I highly recommend...It's affordable, clean, and staff is outstanding.

This is the worst experience of my life. The front desk staff was SO RUDE. I never saw anyone so rude like that. She shouted and showed attitude. She is also not helpful at all. It is her job but she treats us like we are beggars. Definitely never ever come back again. I wish I had listened to other people's comments here about the service. I am very disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your mood, it is not worth it to stay here. There are two front desk staff, one is okay but the other is HORRIBLE!

Stayed here with my brother so that I could drop him off at the airport early in the morning and we were not impressed with the front desk staff or the quality of the room. The woman at the front desk with the blue hair was very rude to us and came at us with so much hostility right from the start. We took pictures of the room just in case they tried to keep the MANDATORY $50 cash deposit but still ended up losing the deposit because when we went to check out the office was dark and empty. This place is a dump there was all sorts of damage to our room and the other guests were rowdy all night. The whole place smelled like weed even though they say they’re 100% smoke free. I would never stay here again.

I didn't even get into my room yet before the bad stay started. When I got there I was stoutly told by a lady there that check in wasn't until 3pm. I was 30 minutes early. No need to be rude. If you do not claim back your 50-100 deposit in 24 hrs they will not give it back to you. There is a letter on the desk that states this. If the managers leave the premises for any reason the office and employees are locked out? I found this to be very unnerving. Several times I saw people sitting out there locked out and waiting for the owner/manager to return. Ok, so I go up to room, went up the stairs and the smell of soured garbage and dog smell/pee in the heat was atrocious, people had trash piled in hallways. Apparently people stay here long term as there was also 40 gallon trashbags of laundry sitting in the hallway. This is before I even unlock the door. The smell alone was enough, let's not trash the place...yes people fall on hard times and such, but please respect your living space and clean after yourself. I discover my room is much smaller than pictured, and very outdated. One dresser drawer was broken off, absolutely not a single plug in the entire room worked to charge my phone correctly, all of the outlets were very loose. I Had to plug my laptop into a shifty plug in and charge my phone, risking damaging my stuff doing this. The AC made a horrible rattling racket and was very hot on top of the unit. There was no coffeepot. I addressed these issues 3 times in 4 days, and not once did anyone come up to check the ac, find a coffeepot, and I was told the plug in issue was because MY phone charger was not workin???? While using the bathroom I killed a cockroach, which prompted a search for any other pest issues. Thankfully there weren't any. This was my first and very last trip to this location unfortunately we will not ever return. I wasted $373.00 for a 4 day stay that was far from relaxing or enjoyable. Went a mile down the street to the Super 8, and the quality and service is 10x better. If you want clean rooms, quiet areas and polite staff please go there instead. There is not trash,everything is exceptionally clean, and all electric outlets, and etc works just fine.
