Apparently it is compliant to offer 3 person room with one king bed . No couch or pull out. Pool is not functional. Apparently is on the website, but does not come up when you book the room through the app. Place is clean and appears newer, But the first two issues completely ruined my stay. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever in my life. I booked a room, went to log into work, no WiFi. I called the front desk and she promised to look into it and get back to me and never did. I went out there to find out what was happening and she said WiFi doesn’t work and that I could go sit in the meeting room at their adjacent hotel and work. No, I would not be doing that! I asked if I could cancel my reservation as I needed WiFi to work and she said absolutely yes and would take care of the refund. 3 days later management denied the refund. Room was dingy. Front desk was horrific looking. Trust me…STAY AWAY from this place!!!! I can’t wait to see what spin and lies the management will put on this!
The room had debris on the floors the shower only had hot water and almost too hot to take shower! Dog barking. I tried calling front desk and no o e answered! I went down around 2 hours later and sign said they had a sign that said out helping a guest! The air conditioner is loud but cold. Door does not touch the floor so you can actually see light in the hallway! Does not seem very safe here either.
Front desk is short-staffed. Wifi is getting worse, now barely have any service in most rooms. Rooms are fairly clean.
The new receptionist is awesome. They were very polite and helped me out with everything i needed and they were very cute. I would definitely rent a room again.
My date of stay was November 10-11, 2023. Cortaca game. Hampton and all other "upper level" hotels were booked. We took a chance on Red Roof. Reviews were actually pretty good so, I'm here to add to them! We were pleasantly surprised. Looks like they have been updating. Front desk area, though tiny, was very clean and had a modern look. The hallway to the rooms looked updated too. Carpet was nice, door frames were nice, doors themselves looked sleek and modern and not beat up and old. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced but, everything else looked good! The room was extremely clean! beds had lined mattress covers, sheets were crisp and clean and the comforter was actually thick! Pillows sucked but, the bed was comfortable. TV area was modern and clean. Samsung TV and tons of channels. Bathroom was same! Very clean. Toilet was new. Shower was definitely older but, it was clean and powerful. For the price, we will definitely stay there again. I'm a Hilton guy but, I'm happy to save $100 bucks a night.
This hotel is not what most would consider 5-star, but for me it is perfect. Over the past 2 years, many renovations have been done, including new bedding (with duvets!), new fixtures/taps/tile in the washrooms, parking area re-paved. The rooms have all the amenities - toiletries, TV with many, many channels, microwave, fridge, desk individual drip coffee pot, clock radio. They are generous if you have to cancel at the last minute - no charge up until 4 pm on the day you are to arrive! The hallways are quiet at night because any trouble makers are on file and not allowed to return. And the best part for me? They don't charge for a dog in your room!!! The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that their pillows are too fat! And they happily give me a different type when I ask. :o) The prices are hard to beat, unless the is something going on in Ithaca. I stay there approx 6-7 times a year, and I'm always happy I chose it.
We stayed here for 2 nights, along with our baseball family, for a tournament. The location was good. It was right off the exit and about 13 minutes from the field. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room 107 has an issue with toilet flushing occasionally and they were willing to move us but we kept trying and it finally flushed. So we stayed. The room was basic but nice with the laminate wood floor. Beds were ok, but the pillows were not. What was surprising nice was housekeeping did refresh your room daily, which we were not expecting. Since COVID hit, the other major hotel brands do not do that anymore. Otherwise it was fine for what we needed.
Hampton Inn cortland is a very nice place to stay while traveling. I reserved our room with the Hilton Honors app, using the points I had accumulated from past stays. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was nice. The shower pressure is excellent. T
The room and breakfast were very adequate for our week's stay. Hotel personnel were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely urge you to put non-slip aids in the bottom of your bathtubs. When guests around us got up early, walls seemed thin and
I was in Cortland for a family function and needed a last minute room. All the hotels were changing exorbitant rates due to a university parents weekend. I was not there for that. The Best Western seemed the most reasonable. I tried making a reservat
Service is excellent. Employees know their menu, which makes making drinks super fast. Coffee (cold and hot) as well as tea are made to your liking. We were happily surprised with service and taste of our drinks. We stopped two days in a row for the

The food and nostalgia were great! You walk in, sit down, and use the phone at ypur table to place your order. I had a footlong coney dog, onion rings, and a diet rootbeer. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture!
