We arrived and upon entering the room we noticed the night tables were sticky so we began inspecting...pulled back the bedspread to find stained sheets.🫣. Then opened drawers to find trash. Candy wrappers in the hide abed. The shower rod was halfway down So we got a different room and wasn't any better. The shower filled with water up to my knees and had no pressure. My towels had someone else's hair all over them. After all the disappointment I was happy that at least they provided a small coffee maker. Well, of course it was dirty so i cleaned it by running hot water through and to my surprise 😮......look what crawled out. Disgusting

Awesome! Clean! Welcoming! Personal! The staff was so helpful with everything. Mr. PAUL, nighttime front desk attendant, was my favorite. Always willing to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. The owner, Mr. Vick, was there to greet us when we arrived. Also a great pleasure to meet. 5 stars plus if you as me!

The Reviews are wrong!! 10 stars!!! The daytime front desk manager, Mr. PAUL, was absolutely wonderful. As I read through some of the reviews, I was shocked. They must have visited another hotel then I did. The red roof inn, located in Willis, Texas, was perfectly pleasant. We will be returning on our next vacation. The owner Mr. Vick, was at there to greet us when we arrived. An pleasure to meet as well. My experience there was top notch. Clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff and an Inviting atmosphere.

I love the Red Roof Inn located in Willis, TX. The employees are all nice, very understanding and they aren't rude people's like alot of the reviews are saying. The guy who working in the morning to the afternoon I can't remember his name but he's short and everytime I walk Into that front door I'm greeted by Hello Mrs. Terry with a smile on his face. So I don't know why people's are writing bad reviews. And the lady who work's overnights, she's very nice. I love the Red Roof In Willis, TX.

My wife and I were forced to stay at a hotel due to some flooding from a recent storm. This was the closest hotel to our location and I regret every minute of it. I should have stayed away when I called to check availability at the guy that answered the phone told me to just come in to book the room and he wouldn't take a reservation over the phone. The beds were terrible, the air conditioner barely worked and the exterior wall was so thin it sounded like we were sleeping on the freeway. This hotel was so bad we chose to leave and sleep in my truck while we waited for the flood to go down.

Positive: It was large and the ac worked good Negative: The room definitely could of been cleaner but it was stayable lol. There also was a lot of repairs that needed to be made or repairs that looked really bad and overall looked was effective by how things were fixed or patched up. The shower was also noisy Negative: ""

If I could go below 0 I would say. -0111 This place is trash it had cockroches in coffee machine and microwave out light had what look to be a bug so upon c uther investigation it was about 9 Needles behind the light in the bathroom area where the sinks are .totally dirty a$$ room we left . Didn't ask for money back just left .

Reply to Corporate 05/28/2024: Look, I am NOT asking for more free nights at your hotel due to these inconveniences, being that most people would find it quick to agree with me. Almost all giving me the free pass to be Karen fir the next 10 minutes or so. To put it into perspective, I'd much prefer to get trapped in a room with a barking dog for the next two weeks, than have to stay here again, but I digress. What you wrote me as a response to my concerns and inconveniences, however, is a swift slap in the face. Nowhere on there did anyone offer to do something as small as to just switch rooms, to one I can have a more reliable connectivity. Believe it or not, I would do all of the moving myself. I'd do it myself, because the last two times I have needed things from your housekeeping guy, he vocally expresses his frustration that I ask for disinfectant? Why did I ask? Because when he came to unclog the toilet, he stood talking to me INSIDE MY ROOM WITH THE PLUNGER DRIPPING ALL OVER THE FLOOR I HAD TO WALK ON DURING MY STAY HERR AT RED ROOF. So I go to him near the janitors closet, I ask him for disinfectant and he said he didn't have anything. It turns out he did, but in his own words, "Well, partly why I said I didn't have any is because I'm about done for the day." Learned my lesson, though. I take action when something goes sour. I took matters into my own hands. I deep clean my own room daily, with my own supplies. I promise, this place had me at first. Everything was great. But all I hear from your response is "The location you are staying at is about to be sold. It failed and there is nothing we can do to fix your problem. Sunday, 05/26/24 8:00am: Woken up by an unattended dog that was left barking from inside the hotel room next door to mine. 9:00am: I incorrectly assumed that the dog's lung capacity had limits. Barking was just getting started. 10:00am: At this point my caveman DNA begins to emerge. So I, surprisingly controlled asked got help. Girl at the front said there was nothing she could do, but that she would keep trying to call keep call 12:00pm: My WiFi connection keeps losing signal right in the middle of ivery mportant work and business obligations, which now have to be started from the very beginning ** The Dog Ensemble Continues ** 12:30pm: Now we have the next shift employee working the front. I call, he picks up. I ask him for access to the RedRoof Pro WiFi, even offering to pay for the premium stuff if it will be more reliable. He said that no one has issues with the internet except me, but he's willing to take a look at my phone to see if he can fix it. Fix what? The fact that the wireless router is too far, leaving only rooms in certain areas with the reliable internet connection? 1:00pm: Dog continues 2:00pm: Dog gets s little more aggressive 3:00pm: Dog stops 3:15pm: Celebrated too soon. Dog is back. 5:00pm: Dog stops barking for good. It turn out, however, that my theory of the dog ceasing o bark fixing the internet was incorrect. 5:30pm: The WiFi (not the internet itself, but the wireless signal that allows internet to travel to the devices) has lost its connection to my devices 4 times in the past 30 minutes. "Its only you sir. Youre the only one who has that problem." I deleted my first review, because as true as it was with the positive experience at that time, now I'm starting to see how this place truly operates. No employee (besides housekeeping) wants to work. No one wants to say the words that make customers feel acknowledged, such as "I don't know or understand why, but I will find out for you." Here, at RedRoof, it's simply, "I dont know. So is there anything else you can bother me with?"
