All right. I love me a RRI. Sure, these places usually aren't pristine. They're well used and more comfortable than a hot truck any day. good port in the storm when it's hot and your AC is out. Staff is great My rooms were clean cheap and cool

The first thing I noticed about this motel. Smell. It smells like dirty feet and cheap perfume. Second is the service. Absolutely a Mom & pop dive.. There not going out of their way to be better at anything in any way. Last and most importantly. Cleanliness. #1. All surfaces in room were sticky. #2. The smell in the room is why the rest of the motel smelled of sweaty Feet and rear ends. If you can in any way avoid this hole in the wall... wise to keep on moving. For the same money you could stay at a holiday Inn express and not have to worry about what the sticky stuff is everywhere.

The front desk is completely boxed in with 3 inch plexiglass and a little hole and couldn't understand the lady hardly, there's no breakfast or coffee at all even though there's a room for it, the room smelled funky, the ac unit was absolutely disgusting in the vents, the shower is old and clogged up. The floor had dirt getting stuck to my feet. I was better off sleeping in my truck at the truck stop across the street. At least I can get breakfast and a hot shower for sure.

Was passing through on a road trip with my 4-legged friend, so we had limited options. Ladies at the desk were nice and thoughtful. Only reason I gave them a 3 star. The rooms themselves were pretty clean. However, I had a door from my room into the guest next doors. There are double doors with locks on each side to prevent the other person from entering; however, you can hear their conversation and see their light on from under the door. There were no concept of quiet time. Guests on other side were up and loud until 0200-0400, so it wasn't a restful night. It was conveniently located off 70W, so I just jumped back on the freeway.

Not a bad place except for the person that came into our room about 11 wondering if the room was empty. I do believe it was the 3rd shifters girlfriend that opened our door. Why she didn't knock is beyond me but I'll never be back and I'll let everyone know about this. She didn't even work there. Just hanging with the 3rd shifter. The reason I say this is because I had to get new keys after she opened my door and it was a guy that helped me while the woman stayed outside the desk area while he helped me. What hotel does that? This one does and I'm not very happy about it. Good luck if you stay there. Lock, dead bolt, chain and put a chair in front of door.

Friendly staff, but I'm pretty sure there was cat litter on the floor in our room and smelled of cat urine. No breakfast or even coffee. We were just happy the air conditioner worked.

Booked a room in Oct for an event this month. The dates were from 5/16-5/19, reciept was emailed good to go. Decided to check in the 15th around midnight and while talking with the lady at the desk she had us that she was comping the night since it was midnight. We paid the remaining balance for the reservation and got our key and up to our room. Fast forward to Saturday 5/18, and the office staff is saying we are supposed to be checked out today and want us to pay more money…. The manager is unwilling to look at the receipts or talk to the lady that checked us in. Now we have no where to stay for the final night of the festival we are attending. Will never stay here again. Not to mention the place is filthy and nothing works. Travelers beware.
