Overall we enjoyed our stay. The guys running the place was nice. It was bug free overall pretty clean overall honestly. Only thing I would say is that the shower could’ve been a bit more clean but that was a quick fix we literally bought some $1 cleaning sponge and cleaners and it was perfectly fine. I’m not going to lie I was stressed the hell out after we had already booked and then I saw the reviews! Thankfully it was not NEARLY as bad as some said! We stayed a total of 4 days-3 nights. It’s close to shopping like Walmart, gas stations like speedway and there is plenty of food within a short 5-10 min drive. There is a $100.00 incidental deposit and it’s refundable! I would stay here again!

Upon arrival I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $100. Deposit, aside from paying for the room. In advathe microwave did not work properly. The sink drain was broken so you had to reach your hand into the dirty water to drain the sink. It looked like a child had written on the wall and a poor attempt to remove. It had been made which concerned me as they charged a security deposit that you only get back if there's no damage in the room. There was no breakfast bar anymore and most of the time when I went to get coffee there wasn't any available. When I tried to redo my booking through the app, I spoke to customer service. Who told me that the receptionist at the hotel was just as rude to them? As they had been to me. Not recommended even though it is conveniently located by the highway.Which was my main reason for choosing this location?It's worth it to keep driving awhile.

My customer service was excellent and the rates and rooms were great! The late checkout was awesome and they cleaned my room so efficiently. They brought me extra towels everyday, who doesn’t love extra towels. And even when I overstayed my welcome waking up late they did not hassle me and let me get my things together

The room was nice and clean. Some rooms have a tub/shower and some just shower. There was no disturbance signs hanger on the door. If you didn't want your door to be knocked on or anything. There was one group of guests on the second floor yelling and screaming at each other all night long the two nights we were there. I think they live there.

I arrived in a car and trailer. The night clerk not only saw the rig but gave me a ground floor unit with adjacent parking. When I complained about a loud noise in the room he came with me to check. The room was clean, the fixtures in proper working order, and had none of the wear and tear I associate with motels in this tier. I'm pleased.

I was a worker for a week at that horrible hotel where they order you to clean the rooms with WATER and FABULOUS, there is no disinfectant or soap, everything ordered by THINA. Warning guests do not stay in that hotel full of bacteria.

The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. This property was updated recently. The owners/staff were very accommodating. The area is not great, but I felt the location of this particular property was safe. The value I received was well worth it. I would stay here again.

Rooms were not clean- was put in one with soap bar still in the shower, dirty shower floor, garbage on the bathroom counter, hair on the pillowcases. Asked for a new room and the one person running the whole operation had to lock up, then came into the room to verify the filth. He took photos and said he would talk to the housekeeper, then found me another room. I give him credit for trying, but it’s hard to run an entire place by yourself. This room was better, but still had sticky pink residue on the counter and mud caked on the bathroom floor. I was also unfortunate enough to be here on a night when there were people screaming at each other to turn off the air conditioning, kids running around being loud past 9 PM… basically just stayed long enough to get a cat nap and then left. Shady characters loitering around constantly… Neighborhood is not the best, and the location is right off the freeway and a main road. You’re honestly better off sleeping in your car.
