Poor Poor!!! This place is just disgusting. Look like a run down apartment complex. Made reservations and got to hotel and no reservations and they claim it was full and had To take last room which was 203. Wouldve chose another Hotel but we had drove 4 hrs and was tired and it was only for that night. Wasnt familiar with the area so didnt want to explore the city. When I called manager to the room to look at it he said all the rooms were the same. Chipped paint coming off the walls, furniture chipped up. OMG!!! THAT TUB WAS SO CHIPPED WITH FALLING PAINT!!! Told him I was not pleased he didnt offer my money back or say he was sorry or anything so we were stuck as it started to rain. No towels or wash clothes. no cups or anything in the room. MTG. stated housekeeper was bringing so 2 hours later she knocked on door and said we were lying bc she left those items before we checked in. So as she gave me 2 bath clothes and 1 towel she said it was no more and they were stained. Room was clean but mattress wasnt and blankets were stained. 8/3-4/2024!!!! NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION....NEED A REFUND!!!1

I should have read the reviews I left my room to something to eat get back they took my rags and towels. Told me they couldn’t give me any until they washed the ones they took out I had to go to a wedding he told I had to wait a hour and half to her more. A hotel is suppose to have plenty of rags and towels. This experience is was horrible never again!!!! He told me it was they policy no one asked her to come in my room and take the rags and towels..

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. They charged me 70.00 for my extra dog, which is fine. But after I checked out, they charged me another 50.00 for dog hair on the bedding and air conditioner. Mind you, they will not come clean your room if you have a pet. What was the 70.00 for then? If you're going to allow pets, you have to expect some pet hair. Plus, they kept blaming my dogs for barking when there were dogs barking constantly in other rooms around me. Also, my neighbors on both sides of me said my dogs never bothered them with barking. Then the drugged out maintenane man told everyone that my dog tried to bite him. My dog is a service dog. I dont think so! The maintenance man was completely rude to me the whole stay. HEY, RED ROOF, DONT ALLOW PETS IF YOU CANT HANDLE A LITTLE HAIR!!!

I didn’t mind staying here . It wasnt bad at all normal wear and tear in my opinion for the price you get what you pay for . Man who works at work desk is nice . The reviews here says theirs people who hang out in the parking lot I saw and met them they’re very nice and friendly so don’t be scared 😊

We went on a one-day trip to SC and we had booked this red roof Inn a month back. When we went to check in, they had canceled the reservation, without evening informing, saying that they had sold out. We had to fight to get a room. If your choice is this, call them a day before and confirm about your reservation.

I came at 3:30 por my reservation. The room was not ready, but I was not in a rush. Two hours later nobody has even started cleaning the room… They even canceled some other people’s reservations. Customer service is terrible.

The worst staff of any hotel I've ever been to. Rude and obnoxious towards me the entire stay. Never make the mistake of coming here. It's a high crime area and a lot of alcohol all around the motel. It's the worst motel I've ever been to.
