I visited this location on vacation from Everett, Washington and was very impressed and felt at home. I experienced Great people and Customer Service at the front desk/ reception area. Awesome location as there are plenty of restaurants and other amenities to choose from that are in direct walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and cozy. The superior are quite nice and large as well. I would definitely choose this location over others for all my future visits.

The place improved a lot since i last visited. i am here on a business trip and took 8 rooms. They gave me a better deal among all hotels nearby and considered my requests about ground floor rooms. The place is quite and the there are new lounge chairs in superior rooms. I will definitely visit again in a month for a business trip.

Originally this would have been a 1-2 star rating. There were a couple issues with my 1st room, I won't put these guys on blast by detailing everything wrong... because in the end they took care of me and got me a better room. Mainly it was the air conditioner not working that posed the biggest problem. We are in the middle of a heat wave right now. After a respectful debate/him listening to my concerns and my efforts to restart the unit, the manager on duty granted my request to exchange rooms, and I was very appreciative. I was able to get some sleep finally, the 2nd room was actually a lot more modern and cleaner so it all worked out in the end. I will give them a 4 star review overall due to the A/C hiccup and also the age of the property, noise of other clients. But really the customer service was 5 stars and for many people that's what matters most. Manager listened to my problem, and fixed it without any pushback. That's how it should be for resolving a valid and reasonable complaint. Thank you Red Roof for doing the right thing and turning the situation around. Rooms are not cleaned.. the bed is maybe made, but room are 100% uncleaned! We had roaches all in the room (I have videos!) floors are filthy, walls are filthy, went to complain to front desk, they acted surprised for the findings, then gave my a new room. This room was filthy as well. First room had roaches and dirty floors, the 2nd room was just FILTHY MCNASTY! Never ever never again! I’ll rather wait for my refund to arrive.

The health department needs to be called immediately on this place. I needed a last minute room and I cannot tell the last time this room was cleaned. I had my toddler with me and wouldn’t allow him off the bed because the floors were sticky, crumbs under the bed and all over the floor, bodily fluids on the walls, moldy bathtub. The worse was the fridge. It emitted a stench to bad throughout the room. I opened it and I could not tell the last time it had been cleaned. It stunk and there were stains all inside. The bed sheets were stained and our comforter had a cigarette burn in it. There was hole in our bathroom door. When you try to call front desk, they won’t answer. It is a health risk to have guests stay here.

Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: Dirty, no towels, no TV/internet for most of my stay, no hair dryer (and none supplied when l asked), cancalled my room key at 8:30 a.m. and l was locked out of my room for 45 mins in my pajamas when l went vending to buy water.. room was SO disgusting

False advertising. Does not look like it appears on sites like Priceline. Turn around and go home. Do not go. Take the loss if you have to. I was embarrassed to have my friends stay here. It’s like an apartment but hotel style. Lots of dogs and cats. Very outdated. Blood and dog poop randomly seen. Musty room. Dirty bed linen. Broken bed. Cat in room, yes there was a cat in our room. No lobby, lobby for non employees only. The check in counter was a check in booth. Pics to come.

This is the worse place I've ever been this is no place for people with children. The rooms are old the wifi terrible. There was a lot of illegal activities going on, it was infested with addicts. Weed smell everywhere. Unauthorized person was knocking on our door when I told the office they didn't seem to care. Never ever again
