The gentleman at the front desk was nice. The office was clean and tidy. However it was hot and without AC and it was 106 outside. My room was nice and cool. My room was very neat and clean. I had absolutely no water pressure in my shower at 11:30 at night. I had cockroches crawling on my bed!..

I walk into my room and there’s a bunch of dead bugs on the floor. Some still alive. I showed the owner and long story short he’s worthless. I can’t get my money back I’ve booked for 5 days. This place is disgusting. If you read this review and book a room here you’re an absolute moron. This place is for the homeless at best.

All these reviews are right. Horrible experience and will for sure not stay here again. I will definitely spend the extra money and stay at a high rating hotel. Pros- Parking A/C Cons- Location does not feel safe Dirty and dusty Ripped covers and sheets Stained pillows Walked on room floor barefoot and my feet started to get black No management was visible during my stay TV was just cable Not kid or family friendly Shower had mold and cracks Water from shower was going onto the bathroom floor Had an allergic reaction due to not being clean Uncomfortable bed Room smell was bad and doesn’t smell like it would have been cleaned List can keep going Please pay the extra money and stay at a higher star hotel

Positive: Location was pretty good. Close to freeway but not too close. Close to several fast food places and a couple restaurants Negative: Very lackluster. No closet on my room Pool was dirty. Service was barely ok. Not friendly but there if you needed him. Negative: ""

I booked a two-day stay starting Sunday and checking out Tuesday morning through the Hopper app. I arrived early Monday morning, and because of that, they refused to give me my room keys. I informed Hopper about the situation, but they labeled it as a 'no-show' even though I did arrive. I messaged them to inquire about the payment to confirm if they charged me for the nights, but I haven't received a response. It's frustrating to be treated unfairly, and I won't let the owner get away with it.

This is worse than all the reviews state. The place smells awful. It’s incredibly dirty. Doesn’t look like anything has been cleaned. Definitely doesn’t smell like anything has been cleaned. This is not even worth $5 a night let alone $100. Not worth the kitchen. Go out to eat, go buy coffee in the morning and skip this place. It’s really quite disgusting.

If they had a zero star I would give it to them. This place is cheap but run down, dirty and worse. First they gave us a room we didn't pay for. When my wife asked for the room we paid for the gentleman seemed surprised. The first room had holes in the wall and door. I literally felt bad for my children because it was late and they needed to lay down. The second for was filthy. You can tell they don't clean at all. Please please stay away from this place. Buyer beware. Redroof should take their license.
