Red Roof Inn Ardmore - Hotel in Ardmore - 2432 Veterans Blvd, USA

Stayed for the night at a great price. Room was very clean and very nice to say the least. If you have this place a bad review then you did something that obviously only hearing one side of that story. I've stayed in some rough places and this is a great economy choice. Thank u red roof

Right off the highway. Convenient and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk showed me 2 rooms before paying for it to ensure I knew what I was paying for. Clean, no frills, and slept decent for being away from home. Breakfast and coffee offered with a quiet place to sit to eat.

Not the best or worst place I've stayed. Room was mostly clean but did find a roach and towels and sheets had a few stains, nothing too concerning. Staff is hard-working and polite, though.

Definitely will NOT be back. First off after ringing the bell 6 times and standing there for 15 min finally called the number asked for someone to come help. Checked in and the room was horrible, didn't look clean and the bedding looked like it wasn't very clean. Swimming pool isn't available but the website said different, no laundry facilities like website said and the website says breakfast but all it was is cereal and milk. Drove around the motel to leave for town and people was smoking on a crack pipe outside. Around 3 am there was a fight outside our room between 3 maybe 4 dudes. The female staff was very rude. If I could give 0 stars definitely would. Don't waste your money its not worth it!!!!

Booked a last minute trip and used Expedia. False advertising with fake pictures. Pool was shut down, ice machine broken and room service hadn’t been through in weeks probably. I lived in 3rd world Brazil for three years. Reminded me of that 😂. Probably would have fought for a refund and stayed else where but we booked through third party so decided it wasn’t worth the headache. Staff however was very friendly and not to be blamed.

Updated: With there response. What a joke. We lost our house in a fire and this place took advantage of us. We had a broken toilet. That we had to fix ourselves. We're harassed by the drug addicts. The animals were not controlled. We have 5 small children. No breakfast as listed, no pool as listed. We told them about the hot water not turning off on the tub and the exhaust fan not working along with the cockrachs running around... we said it was unsafe. Told them to fix it. They didn't, we had to leave as it was dangerous for our kids. Checked out and the lady refused to give my daughter her paperwork and billed for the entire week. Corporate doesn't seems to care as long as they get their $$$. NEVER STAY HERE. Go next door to Super 8 by Wyndham they are what Redroof used to be.

Terrible!!! We ended up paying for a room twice..(we had 3). None if the tv s worked.. one room was nice and cool but the the other two we couldn’t get cool no breakfast as advertised one room had a fridge the others did not.. the pool was empty…they wouldn’t fix anything…we couldn’t even get clean towels.. they told us no

I wish I could give zero stars! To start off, we reserved a two room suite with two double beds and a kitchenette. When we got there to check in there was no issue, we thought it went smoothly. Drove around to the room, unloaded our things, and opened the room up to find that it was a small room with one bed. The guy at the front desk didn’t even tell us when he gave us the keys. Loaded everything back up while listening to the people on the second level partying, drinking, and smoking. Normally we would just deal with it but those people were talking about how much they love to get high, hooting and hollering, just partying it up that night. We went back to the front and we told him what room we reserved. He said the A/C was out for a long time and the room wasn’t available. We let him know that we needed to have a room with at least two beds and some sort of compensation for not getting the suite with the kitchenette that we paid extra for. He just said he couldn’t do refunds and we would have to come back. After waiting for him to walk around the hotel looking at all the rooms he found another room, when we drove back around to the crack heads smoking at 9:30pm and opened the door to our new room it was dirty, moldy and run down. Seeing the condition of the room and topped with the loud neighbors we decided to just leave and chance not getting our money back. Drove right next door to the super 8 by Wyndham. Would highly recommend skipping red roof and going next door to the other one. Similar price point if you’re on a budget and it’s way nicer and clean. Still can’t get ahold of the so called “manager” at the red roof to talk about our refund. So now corporate will have to deal with it.
