Would not recommend. You could everything n the hall all night. My stayed here because my husband was having surgery the next morning and he had to use the sink to bath. The water in the bathtub/shower would not even come on. Everything was clean but definitely smelled like mildew

We needed a place to stay last minute and the price was great. The location is excellent, as was all the front desk staff, but that's about all the positives I could give. This hotel smelled like weed and fried food and there were people partying in the parking lot until 2am. People were openly grilling food in their rooms stinking up the halls and what I assume are long term/permanent residents were pushing shopping carts of dirty laundry around. My whole family ended up with respiratory issues and on antibiotics after staying here and it's not surprising, as this place was NOT clean. Just spend a little more and go elsewhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, the staff truly exceeded my expectations in ensuring a comfortable stay with their excellent service. The complimentary coffee and breakfast were delightful bonuses, and the friendly demeanor of the staff and managers added a warm touch to the experience. Its convenient proximity to the airport also makes it a convenient choice. Highly recommend this delightful and affordable stay!

Great basic rooms close to food and shopping. Not a lot of frills but the shower is hot, the bed is comfy and there's plenty of pillows. Great stop over for travel, although I don't think I'd do an extended stay here.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's exceptional service, which ensured a comfortable experience. The hotel was superb, but I spent almost two hours checking in.|Red Roof Inn installed new reservation software and it was horrible. Several guests were waiting to check in. The Desk Clerk works one night a week. He was on the phone to RRI, doing everything by phone. He should have called in a Manager to help check people in. I asked for a Superior King, but was told, I could have 2- Queens on the first floor. My room had 2 Doubles. (I didn't want to change rooms, because it would have been another 2 hrs). I believe we should have been compensated for having to wait so long.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, the only downside was the mix between smoking and non smoking rooms. I highly recommend keeping the linen separated. We had a non smoking room and the sheets smelled like laundry soap and cigarettes... they didn't feel or seem dirty, just used previously used in a smoking room. The halls also smelled of cigarettes. Maybe just dedicate one floor to smoking...

Honestly can't complain, one of the cheapest options in Pooler. Is it the best of course not but you get what you pay for. The lady at the desk was very nice and location is easy by the airport. Too many people give poor reviews and unfair expectations. Don't book cheapest price and expect Ritz Carlton.
