As a family man, I travel with my family a lot. As a result, we stay in hotels' on the way. I've stayed in over 200 hotels', and I can say that this was one of my family and I's worst experiences yet. Stepping inside the room, it reeked of cigarettes'. Took a closer look at everything, and the pillows were yellow, bathroom was disgusting and I always shower every morning, this time I just couldn't because of how unbelievable disgusting it was. Even the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. The sofa had literal mold on it. The ceilings had mold. Lifted the mattress only to see the entire bottom being dark yellow. Felt so disgusted that I slept on the chair instead. Then when we woke up, my entire family's clothes were damn near covered in tiny bugs. I have long hair and I keep them very clean, and my Mum picked out a bug from my hair. Didn't even brush my teeth because of how dirty the bathroom was. If you're going to spend money anyway. Spend it wisely and stay away from places like this. You're better off sleeping in the car.

Positive: Accessibility Negative: Most definitely. Faucet on tub, broken. Refrigerator in one room not working. Mattress was on a metal frame, mattress was not more than 3 inches thick. Electric was poor. Said it was the best room and all new.All four of were unhappy.

This is not a 3 star hotel. It is a 2 star. Convenient off rt 75, we pulled in around 11pm. One of the employees had just smoked pot in the lobby and watched every movie we made. Should have left then but it was late. Room was clean but worn. Bathroom tub needed cleaning. I would suggest Bar Keepers Friend cleanser to get the dirt and rust out. And the lipstick on the wall. And get those dark dirty stair carpets cleaned. A little bit goes a long way.

On our trip home we decided to stay the night here rather than push for the rest of our trip. Being a last minute walk in at 11 pm we had no problems getting a room the price was under $100. So was nice to be able to sleep and had worm shower and clean towels I liked it for what time we were here upon leaving the next morning there was a a waffle breakfast across the street sorry I do not remember the exact name but is was great food

This red roof inn isn’t as bad as the reviews state. It’s clean ,no bad smells and older but everything worked like it should. When we pay below $100 we don’t expect it to be like the higher priced lodging. I saw no bugs of any kind . The staff wasn’t overly friendly but they were not rude either. I gave 4 stars because I slept decent and was in a clean room.

This was absolutely a nightmare. I am traveling with my young child for a lacrosse event. Needed some where cheap for a night. Now when looking for that I do not except the Hilton but I do except is cleanliness. I don’t think excepting a CLEAN SAFE room is too much to ask for! These owners need to be reported to the health department! I have never felt unsafe at hotel till now. And trust me when I was young broke and wild I stayed in some places but this is the worst ever! The door to the stairs is propped open with a rock cause the key card doesn't work. But there’s no handle on the outside to get in so really don’t know what to think of this “door” but basically anyone walking by can come in. So not safe at all!!! The first room they gave me was disgusting. The walls were disgusting. Can tell the walls were never washed. The comforter had stains on it. One of them looked like blood. The toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet. It smelled like weed and beer. I called the booking agency and complained. The booking agency called the hotel the owners and who ever else came up which was very over whelming having 3 people in your hotel room telling you that it was the house keeper that was the issue then blamed it on the fact I checked in an hour early (I called Thursday and was told an hour early would be fine since my sons game started the time of check in) and they didn’t have time to inspect my room. They are in the middle of remodeling and just excuses after excuses. As an owner of a hotel there in no reason ANY of your rooms that you have open to customers should look the way this room did… then they showed me their “ remodeled” room it at least looked clean and the toilet seat was attached and being out of options with my sons games starting in 30 mins I said fine… moved rooms… fast forward to the night time. The fire alarms or something went off randomly. Woke up confused! Everyone is popping their heads out and I hear one of the other guests down the hall saying “first roaches and now this” all I heard was ROACHES! I said what!!! Turned around now terrified of what is waiting in the darkness flip the light on on my phone to avoid stepping on one and sure enough THERES A MF ROACH ON THE BASEBOARD BY THE BED I AM SLEEPING IN! It’s 12am when I discover this! I would of been better off sleeping in my car at this point! I’m disgusted!!! And hate that I have to take any of my belongings back to my house cause now I’m worried there will be roaches in my things!!! The owners should be ASHMED OF THEMSELVES!!! This review is all I can do since getting my money back for this horrible experience isn’t going to be a thing I mean when I first discovered the state of my room and the blood stain on my comforter the front desk said she’d deal with it after she got done eating… I’d be here a whole 5 mins and that is how they treated me when I made them aware there was a BLOOD stain amongst others on the bed… this is was a horrible experience. Avoid this place save your money and sleep in your car it’s safer and cleaner promise you that.

Positive: No extra charge for dogs. Negative: The room smelled like cigars and cigarettes. It was so dirty we didn¿t even take showers the next morning. There was horrible security. Side entry doors left unlocked. Dog across the hall started barking at 6:30 and manager did nothing. Negative: ""

Cannot complain. Had two doggos and they took me right on in at a very low rate. I thought it would be sketchy comes to find out that it was an amazing experience for all 3 of us. The worker was young and cute, as a button. Please keep up the great work and if the world could learn anything, in how to be human .. It would be you. Thank You.
