We stayed overnight with our dog while on a long roadtrip. For the price, my expectations were exceeded. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Definitely suited our needs and then some. Customer service was top notch from check in to check out.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Nobody at front desk when we arrived, clerk did come out in a few minutes. Room was reserved at $86.64 and card was charged at $99.99. I understood this to be extra charge for incidentals, if needed. (We did not use anything that could be charged to room) I asked about it at check out and thought she said it could be credited. Again, no one at desk for check out. I called the number left at desk and left a voice mail. The clerk did arrive in the elevator and checked me out. I waited another week and called about the still unrefunded charge and was told that they would call me back later that evening. That has been one week ago, so we’re now at two weeks and money has still not been credited back to my card. This is not a substantial amount of money and I will not pursue this farther, however, I feel it’s frustrating to pay for non disclosed charges!||Desk clerk was also absent when we arrived back from dinner. Not sure if desk is ever staffed consistently or just as needed? I felt this was a safety concern and that anybody could enter the hotel unchecked. ||Attn Tesla drivers: I specifically chose this hotel because of the Tesla destination charger, however website does not mention that there is a $25 fee to use it. Instead, we drove to a nearby supercharger and charged completely for $17.||Room was ok for one night. ||Will not stay here again.

I like the other reviewer Kathy, booked my stay at this hotel a few months back, but the hotel refused to honor the prepaid reservation. When I inquired on why, they said because of the eclipse, they won't be honoring any online reservations. They then said if I wanted to stay, I'll have to purchase through them. This is extremely shady practice as they didn't even overbook but rather not honoring an agreement. It seems like they just want to make a few more dollars. Fortunately, my travel agency was able to find me an alternative at a better hotel. To those who want to stay at this hotel, make sure to call to confirm your reservation or else you might be like us.

Don’t stay there. It was a nightmare. When we arrived the day before the eclipse, we had a paid confirmation and front desk said it was not accepted. I showed him the confirmation on my phone and the email mysteriously disappeared from my phone while he held it. I later found it in my email trash. He said he had a room but he needed at least $200 for that room. I had paid a total of $133. I said no and left. He called me back and said he would work it out. Needed my credit card and ID. Got to room and saw he had added a $100 charge to my card. He said it was a “cleaning fee”. I said you got your $200 after all and it was a scam. He told us to pack up and leave. We got our things and he locked elevator so 2 elderly ladies had to carry luggage down stairs. He did refund the $100 but we lost the $133 because Hotels of America said the hotel had to agree to refund and they refused. Never again. I wrote to Red Roof Inns and got a stupid letter back telling me they were sorry the hotel did not meet my expectations.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, Nice smelling loony the vending area is pretty cool. The rooms are well maintained. Tv got plenty of channels Wi-Fi worked great. my kids played games on their IPAD

I booked thru a thirdparty (A trusted source for pet friendly places) in which the website told me first pet is free. Upon walking in there was absolutely no one behind the eerily and dimly lit front desk. So me and my dog (exhausted after driving 9 hours) had to just wait there. No bell, no sign they were on break, nothing. After 5 minutes a man walks around and in a rushed manner says "how can I help you" to which i responded "just checking in". He said "that'll be a non-refundable $25 for your pet" to which i responded in a VERY calm but confused manner, "oh ok, its just misleading as one sign says first pet is free, and the other says $25 cleaning fee" He then throws my ID back to me and says "I won't be checking you in" and WALKS AWAY. All happened in under 20 seconds. Standing there, very confused as to what just happened, as he's walking down the hall I say "I will need a refund then....?" and he shouts back "Not through me, take it up with the third party!" I'd give 0 stars if I could. This was truly one of the most absurd and unprofessional experiences I've EVER had thru any business. It wasn't warranted at all. As I walked away another man comes out of the lobby (who saw my interaction) and was also complaining to me that the front desk guy was also rude to him and just denied him a room. Anyway I didn't get the mans name. I know each Red Roof is franchised out so each experience may be different. But my two cents is avoid this place like the plague. I will never give another Red Roof in my money ever again.

Easy access from highway and wifi was good. Now for the bad, room nor lobby had any form of coffee. I could not figure out how to operate shower (it should not be that hard). No one at front desk during checkout had to call and told just leave key at desk.

Pet friendly hotel with no extra fees! The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are what you would expect for a 2 to 3 star hotel. Clean, no fancy amenities, but what they lack in conveniences they make up for in hospitality and cost. I would absolutely stay here again.
