Red Roof Inn & Suites Dickinson - Featured Reviews (410)
For the price point, you'll get exactly what you would expect. The whole place reeks of weed and piss, the carpets are extremely dated and dirty, the room was absolutely bare and not very welcoming. We walked into our bathroom and the light fixture had not been repaired, it was just hanging from the ceiling. Thankfully, when I mentioned something to the manager, he had it quickly repaired. But don't expect much security here. The door to the laundry room was supposed to be accessible with a card key, but the door wouldn't lock. Also, the mattress was not very comfortable at all. I would stay here on your way to a destination, but please, don't stay here for more than 1 night.
It was a cheap price to rest for a few hours before heading to the destination. The room wasn’t very welcoming and too bare. The whole room smelled like wet dog and piss. I’m never coming back to Redroof to stay. I’d rather pay more to rest comfortably at another hotel. The guy at the front was patient though to reserve our rooms for a quick rest.
I stayed here because it was cheap and I got what I paid for. The elevator and hall carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The room itself was not all that clean either but the bathroom was nice and clean. Since I a male and was traveling alone it was acceptable but the two star rating was what I got. Happens when you are cheap I guess.
Positive: The lady who checked us in was fabulous. She changed our room to one on the first floor since it was nicer. Easy fast check in and out. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. There was construction right next door, so we had limited view. Negative: ""
As of this writing, the 3.5 avg seems over inflated by 3.0.
For us, the customer service was real good.
The clientele is questionable.
From the parking lot, numerous beat up autos. Individuals gather outside the entrance smoking.
Inside, strange odors in the hallways and elevator, Hand written room numbers to name a few.
As for the room, cleanliness fails.
We peeled back the mattress sheet to look for bed bugs, and find numerous stains from sources one would stress out regarding the source.
Needless to say, it was not a restful stay.
We booked a room online for the same day. Called and told the lady that answered that we are traveling and we would be checking in late. Gave our name and estimated time of arrival. We were told it was fine and that there would be someone at the desk to check us in upon arrival. We when arrived, we were told the booking company booked us into a room that was not available. The lady at the front desk told us there was nothing she could do and we would have to contact booking company for a refund. Basically, our room was given away. What a disgrace.
Overall place HORRIBLE. The bedrooms werent all that clean they smell of mildew. Beds aren't comfortable and flattered than flat pillows were provided. The best part was finding a bug in the bed. We had requested a handicap accessable room when we pre-booked the room. They provided a upstairs bedroom. DON'T PLACE ANY ITEMS ON THE GROUND IT WILL BE DAMP IN THE MORNING.
We made reservation thru Expedia. Arrived around 3 pm. No one at the desk to check us in. The entry was dirty. No air conditioning it appeared. When the lady arrived to help us, no answer when asked about ac. Unable to understand her language. We did not feel safe . We told her will cancel our reservation. Expedia should refund our money for the room and reconsider providing this hotel as one they recommend.
I got married last fall, and we booked a room block at the Hawthorn. Kim and her team were phenomenal to work with! We had our rehearsal dinner there, and our wedding party all got ready there the morning of the wedding. Kim even hooked us up with a
Our family of 6 stayed in the suite room. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Lots of room to spread out. The rate was very decent. Cheaper to book with them directly than Expedia. Breakfast was nice. Lots of variety.
Our room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave, and the beds were very comfortable. Most impressive though was the breakfast! Sweet and salty options, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, waffles, great coffee bar, etc. And the woman working the bre
Great place to stay! Read some bad reviews and was hesitant! BUT from walking in to a pristine lobby, visiting with the owners, and checking out our roomâ(it was spotless, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean, too!). So glad we stopped for
If you are young or old, fit or just wanting to start working out...this gym is for you. I got a personal trainer, Ana, because this was my first gym experience and I didn't know what I was doing at all. Ana made sure my expectations were reasonable.
Very friendly service and great food. The spring rolls were amazing - the peanut dipping sauce was perfect...! The Pho was also fantastic.. no option for grilled pork in the Bun and no Bahn Mi sandwiches on the small menu. Highly recommended for s
I really enjoyed my meal here! I ordered a cheeseburger salad, and it was so delicious! I didn't even need to add the ranch, but I sampled it and it was homemade and nice and creamy!
Our waitress was so nice and polite! I loved all the artwork hangin
Driving across the country and we were thrilled to find this gem of a business. The staff were incredibly friendly & kind, running a menu out to our car so we could take a look before placing our order. Our window server greeted us with big smiles wh

Double Mushroom and Swiss with coleslaw. Super service and food. So refreshing to find a great place to eat, never been here before...just passing through town. I would definitely be back if I lived closer. ð
Back in 2019 in route to Glacier National Park saw signage for the Enchanted Highway. Things like this are the reason I drive vs flying, to the main attraction. You can enjoy the unique things you find along your trip. It may have taken me a distanc
