Red Roof Inn & Suites Cornelius - Lake Norman - Hotel in Cornelius - 20740 Torrence Chapel Rd, USA

When I went to the Cain Center for the performing arts to see Karen Morgan my membership at Red roof inn brought me to an end that was 0.5 miles from the performing arts Center it was a stone throws away and for someone who doesn't drive at night it was very convenient. And because I am a member I do not have to pay for my dogs even though they are service dogs. The rooms were clean I had enough towels but I only stayed one night didn't even need to shower but everything was clean and fresh the only problem was I was on the third floor which was only one floor above the main floor and the ice maker did not work.

The second room was so very nice! First room, 133, not so much. We had to leave a $100 damage deposit (which will be refunded), so we took photos with our phone of the damaged door, toilet, etc. Jaden moved us to the second floor, 306, and our much nicer room. We always try to stay at Red Roof Inn with our little Jackapoo as the people are helpful, considerate, and there is grass for walks.

I spent a weekend here thanks to a tremendous gift from one of my customers...and enjoyed the rest and relaxation. They allowed my two rescue dogs to come and had free WiFi so I could binge watch several seasons of some of my favorite shows. The room was clean with 2 queen size beds, a mini fridge, dresser, and laptop work station. There was basic internet but not a tremendous amount of channels. One nice touch was the end tables, lights, and laptop area had USB charging ports which made is really convenient for using my laptop and charging my mobile phone. I only had two minor negatives if you will the first one was that water in the tub drained slowly so you were kind of standing in water... And the second was the continental breakfast in the morning really was either two choices of cereal or a English muffin or a bagel and coffee. I wish they had orange juice but they didn't. Overall it was great to be able to re-energize my batteries and spend some time with my dogs before gearing up to go back to work again. It was a very nice blue collar type hotel it was clean and I gave it 4 out of five stars.

Bed bugs on the bed, the next morning we were out to get some antipruritic drugs and meet the traffic delay, called the front desk for a 45 mins late check out they only give us 20 mins

Comfortable for a quick stay. Even lent me a pen and paper so that I could quickly write down how awful Suits 4 Less was.

Stayed here for 3 weeks for work. Beds where uncomfortable. Took my deposit because the sheets were “stained” even though they was like that when I got here. They have bed bugs as well so clean your clothes and everything before you leave. You’re not close to any larger stores. Nearby is only food a cvs and Walgreens. Only cleaned the room once in the 3 weeks I stayed. Would not recommend this hotel.

This is a average motel You get what you pay for. Breakfast is the minimum to be called Breakfast. No juice at all were instead. Maid did not make room up said sign was on door, but it was not. Had to take pictures of the door to prove it all the time. Close to dialysis center that's way be picked it. When we called to make reservation we said was there a couch in the room because after dialysis I like to rest. Said yes put there was none. It's a great place for a one night stop.
