Absolutely horrible! Would not recommend to anyone! The hallway had an awful smell of dog poop and was extremely hot. The room was gross, floor and all the counters were extremely sticky and house keeping wouldn’t clean it. The shower was disgusting and there was a screw sticking out of the bathroom door that cut my foot, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The wall are so thin if you stay on the bottom floor you can hear everybody’s moment above you and their conversations. We only stayed because we were passing through but will never return! I wish I could get a refund from such a horrible experience.
Thank you. Value for money. Clean rooms. AC was a bit noisy and not very cold in my room. But I can’t generalize for all rooms.

This place was disgusting! First of all, we pull around to go to our room and see a stained mattress and box spring sitting against the building by the door. Didn't take a pic, unfortunately. Then we went inside to a horrible, dirty, stinky smell. Then our room was moldy and smelly. We left and got our money back. They did offer another room, but we declined.
I looooved the room , very very clean everyone was super nice and helpful. The AC was blowing cold air. It was perfect 10 out of 10 with recommend. Don’t be discouraged by the no pool or no breakfast location. TOTALLY WORTH IT ! The only thing was the TV was not smart or upgraded so I couldn’t connect my HDMI Firestick , I brought my iPad, so everything was great
Positive: "" Negative: The bath tub didn't drain. Needles being in the legs of the ironing board falling out onto the floor exposed my husband and I and our puppy to biohazardous materials ect and being charged for it. I was given $41 out of $168 that I paid in advance.
If 0 stars could be left I would. 1. The day prior a manager was supposed to call me back. Never received a call back. 2. Upon arrival the same question was asked, unanswered followed no manger. 3. The room it’s self dirty. No mattress cover just a thin sheet. A mattress that’s brick hard and that funky blue color from forever ago. The bed was topped with stained linen. Damages to the door from previous pet owners, damages to the floor and ceiling. 2nd night of our stay front desk was contacted again to see if we had the option to pay for 1 hour late checkout and were told to call 7:00am to talk to the manger that’s never available. Hallway reeks of marijuana. No vending machines. Not family friendly, not guest friendly, over all a disappointment,
If I could give 0 stars I would. Stayed here for the weekend, and our room was nasty. Floors peeling up like they had been urine soaked, bath room dirty and no place to put your soap. The biggest problem is that they double charged my card and when I brought it to the attention of the desk attendant, he tried to tell me that I was charged from a different hotel, dispite the charge location being the red roof and for the exact same amount as my authorized charge the previous day. I was assured to get a call from the manager Dan but to this day have not received any phone call. After several calls I spoke with supervisor Jay, who was very rude dismissive and unhelpful. Jay kept trying to tell me that they only charged my card one time dispite seeing the two charges and said “one will fall off” (which it didn’t ) and couldn’t explain why I was charged in the first place. Management refuses to address this situation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Update: I provided guest relations proof that o was double charged and this was their response! See attached photo.
Final update: Redroof Inn Guest relations still refuses to rectify the situation because they continue to say I was only charged one time (under the approved original reservation) dispite me providing my credit card statement showing the two charges for the same amount on Terri different days. The relations manager admitted that they only review the reservation number and not the credit card number, so it’s very possible ( and what I believe to have happened) is that someone at the hotel created a new fake reservation and charged my credit card knowing corporate would not truly investigate the transactions. The supervisor Jay is a terrible uncaring useless employee, and the manager or owner Dan who is never there, and doesn’t care to reach out or be bothered to address the situation. This company as a whole is absolutely terrible and does not value their customers. I will not ever stay at any red roof inn or affiliates again.

My family stayed here on our way down to Florida. Hotel is right off I-95 and close to many restaurants. My kids loved the indoor pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Service at the desk was fantastic! We will be back in March.

Amazing wraps for the price! We got breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our trip to Cumberland Island! So many options that we were able to create 3 different meals. Very easy to order online and not a crazy long wait.
I have been coming to Daddy Cates for over 10 years! It is still my favorite Cafe. Dee Dee is the sweetest host !! You must go by and try it out ! The Chilli Dogs are AWESOME!
