I would recommend no one ever stay here. They charged me 100$ for a deposit, it was a non-smoking room. No problem. I don’t like smoking cigarettes inside anyways. Well, we cleaned the room and put the trash out for them and everything. I go to checkout and he tells me there is a tiny blood stain on the sheet and that he can’t give me my whole deposit back, he can only give me back 50$ of it. He didn’t charge anyone else staying here 100$ only me, he planned on stealing from us the whole time no matter what happened. Not only that the bugs are everywhere that I had to kill as well as the staff staring into our room at my sister and harassing us as well.

The rooms were nice & clean in a central location close to I75. My only complaint is the staff who needs to be counseled on their customer service. I had called ahead to reserve rooms two days prior. The gentleman I spoke with took my information about the kinds of rooms I wanted & all appeared to be set. However, when I showed up on the day I had reserved the rooms for, I learned that my reservation had been cancelled as no show, apparently bc the gentleman didn't take my cc info, nor did he state that it was required to rent the rooms. This meant if we wanted to stay there, we had to pay more money, plus a room deposit which was never mentioned originally, on top of the standard taxes. I complained about this for the little good it did. I think they do this so that they can stick it to ppl who are in a bind. I would stay here again bc we enjoyed our stay, the rooms were nice & we felt comfortable there, but now I know to be on the lookout for the staff's lack of customer service next time.

This is our third visit here as we like it so much ! Just everything is perfect ! Our room Nr.150 is big , with a kingsize bed , and very nicely furnished . It also has laminate instead of a carpet . Everything you need is in the room : flat screen TV , microwave , fridge ,coffeemaker , hairdryer , a table with a chair to write this review / recommendation and also an iron board with and iron ( that we used , by the way ) . WIFI is fast . And , what is very nice here ; the A/C is much quieter than in most of the motels where we stayed . Coffee is also available in the morning at the front desk . Our room is faced to the lawn and the pool . The latter is very beautiful and clean . What we liked most ( although we don't have a pet ) : this motel is petfriendly and pets stay free !|Thanks again for a wonderful stay !

Positive: The staff are caring and amiable. Though they are not always accommodating of reasonable requests such as for extra towels or a sheet, it seems they are operating under strict rules on those. The hotel is generally quiet and easy to be comfortable in. Negative: It would be appreciated if requests for an extra sheet or towels for personal preferences would be honored but it's difficult to get that. I understand concerns about theft of these items, but an extra towel to cover a worn-down office chair is reasonable Negative: ""

Again, I try to only post positive reviews, but, Do not stay here.. I was charged $20 for a "stained" towl. There wasn't any stains, simply picked up food with the towel. Guaranteed to wash right out. There was bugs on the floor that I had to kill. Loud music blaring from the parking lot. It's a cheap bad hotel, no breakfast just coffee in the smallest paper cups possible. There's not even one ply toilet paper, my floor hadn't been mopped, stains on the floor. Its apparent cutting cost at the expense of the customers amenities is the protocol here. To charge me for a rewashable towl coincides with the cheap, undeserving protocol this "hotel" operates under. Avoid.

Beautiful clean room, will stay again. Just wish they offered a late checkout. They are VERY strict about 11am. No leeway no matter how late you checkin

Not a bad place for how cheap it is. However, the housekeeping staff continued to try and walk into my room after being told no thank you 4 times. Tried to extend my room for another night over the phone due to being at work and the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend staying here unless you don’t care about your privacy and rude people. I will not be staying here again.

I was asked for a 50 dollar deposit, I only had a 100 dollar bill, I left it for the deposit. When I moved out, they returned a torn bill, which they won't even accept at walmart! They nail the bills with a stapler and cause damage. When I asked them to give me another bill, they refused and said that they always do this.
