The rooms are beautiful. Management, Ray & his wife, Lisa, are very helpful, good people. They went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure that I felt at home on their property.

Had a room there not too long ago, when I called to see if any rooms were available the price went up by $60 and I was told the rooms were remodeled. When did they remodel the rooms in that short period of time. Plus the room they were trying to give me is smaller than the one I had before. They make up their prices as they please. They are scammers and not trustworthy people to even give mine or your money to.

Horrible service! I was there for 2 months, when I first came, they had nothing stocked, no toilet paper, no towels, the only thing that looked nice was the bed. You can tell that the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. The carpets and walls look disgusting. Looks like someone spilled soda or coffee all over the walls. The manager only cleaned when the owners came on Sundays. Cops are always there, too much drama.

The place was horrible no good parking and the manger is never there she will have random guys pick up the money to stay there . she also tried to make us pay more money saying there's a deposit when my wife had talk to her face to face and said only $350 and i have the ticket to prove it. We are struggling as is. For her to try and do that.

Tired of this place. Horrible management. Lisa and Ray both shared that the cameras are voice activated. Lisa told me not to say anything or they'd be fired. 2- The management gave people on drugs the benefit of the doubt and then go to someone that rents from them that looks like they have money and argues until they pay but they won't push a drug addict out. Little Ray Ray threatened me inside of the room and tried to physically fight me, the cameras can prove it by the voice right before he enters room #4 and during. They were very pushy and unprofessional when "kicking" me out, rather then allowing their rules to be enforced. Btw, Lisa and Ray both have fentanyl in the office where they stay and live too "for when they have to kick someone out and use it to make them leave.". Both are too personal and unprofessional. Both need fired and the owner needs to either reinvest(start over) or sell it. Horrible experience before during and after. Want proof? How do I know that the cameras have voice recognition 🤔? Under new ownership and has a new manager. He is working very hard to clean up and make positive changes. Small motel but friendly and helpful to it's customers. 12/2018 And again under new ownership. Really nice Managers were moved to a motel with the old owner. New managers are nice. Incident this Sunday past. We were awoken by someone pounding on the door next door. This was at 11 PM He would not stop pounding and did so for 30 minutes straight. My significant other went out and told him that clearly no one was home. He additionally told the man that he woke us. The man then went down and pounded on the managers door, but they were not in. After he would not relent we contacted Adams County Sheriff. I mention this incident because it became highly volatile. Long story short, the man kicked in the door and waited until the woman arrived home and proceeded to beat her. He ended up pulling a knife on her and causing more harm before 911 police arrived. He was arrested. Use caution at night, there is no lighting in the parking lot.

We have been staying here since last May, we have enjoyed our stay. I stay home during the day and have never felt unsafe here. The managers are great and try to help in anyway they can. I recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay.

This is a nice place my sons have stayed here more than once the management are a very nice cool couple who are doing a great job keeping this place clean and safe
