Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Tukwila - 17300 Southcenter Pkwy, USA

First visit for our small family. We couldn't be any more satisfied right now. Dickie, our waiter, was so amazingly helpful and patient with us. Great suggestions, amazing insights into the food, and such an all around awesome attitude. Tried the Tsunami shrimp over in house made potato chips was so tasty! Will so be coming back to eat again before we leave back to Hawaii.

Surprisingly good food here—thumbs up from me, my best friend AND her 8 year old grandson! My glass was kept full, we were seated in a quiet area and served with a smile😁.

Love the burgers and even better that one can have more 🍟 if you want more. I must say those were some big potato chips 😍... that was cool. Waitress was just as helpful withe advising me on what sauces to try since it's my first time here. Must say they were all dellicious. 😋

Food was decent, as expected from Red Robin. Service was excellent. Our server was very patient and attentive. The restaurant itself was very dirty - food scraps in the window sills, greasy tabletops, and seats that needed to be cleaned before comfortably sitting down. Not a reassuring food service environment/atmosphere.

We chose to dine at the bar and sat ourselves. We had to try a couple of tables because the tables were sticky. It took a couple of minutes to be acknowledged. Our drinks came out fast and tasty. The same can be said about our food. The server forgot our napkins and utensils. I had to waive the server down for a refill of fries and soda. Also, in the end, I had to get my own to go box.

Bartender was nice and hard working. He gets 5 stars. The food servers did not bring his orders out for him. No one bussed his tables and he was busy. My sons order to go was skimpy for adult meal for $15 it was not worth it. We eat here often and it is hit or miss. The to go order was a miss today.

We stopped for a quick bite. It seemed like our server was over seated and overworked. She did as well as she could, given the lack of employees. The floor under our table was filthy with fries and garbage. I worked at a Red Robin many years ago and my manager would never let the restaurant look the way this establishment looked. We like the consistency of the food from different locations but we probably won't be returning to this one.

Best tasting burgers, Gluten free chicken teriyaki plus hot chicken wings. Great staff quick service; now if the company could only get rid of all the carpet in all the restaurants I could breath better.
