I like fish and chips in Red Robin, so we picked this place for dinner when we had a chance to pass by this area. Overall, everything is good. I like the waitress with her fast service and she was also very attentive and good at her job. The bar with varieties of drink was completely impressed me. But we need a real table for two, so i didnt have chance to sit in there but i love the decoration. Food was yummy. Maybe we were too hungry too😅, the fish were a bit too oily though. I wish i could have had warm water instead of ice water( all restaurants in American are serving now). Drinking cold water when eating deep fried food just make the whole food consumed get frozen in the stomach just like u put ice into fat/oil. They will freeze and same thing happening to the food in your stomach which hurts the digest process😁. But overall, i enjoy my dinner here.

Ordered a house margarita and one of their new featured burgers. It did not disappoint. Our waitress was Debbie who was very attentive.

Red Robin has historically been one of my favorite burger places. I’m a personal fan of the whiskey river BBQ burger which is my go to. Stake fries and onion rings are absolutely perfect! While I do like this place, I’m giving this location 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons. First, their burgers while still good have taken a dip in “quality”. I have even gotten a couple of simply bad tasting burgers where the meat tasted like it had freezer burn. These quality issues seem specific to this location as I have never experienced that at other Red Robin. Second, I frequently will get a to go order instead of dinning in. As of late, they have really been skimping on the steak fries for to go orders which is honestly the main reason I go here. On one occasion, I got home and discovered I had only gotten 7 fries with my order.

Honestly, this is a place we don't go to enough. The burgers here are great. I can't say much about the other food since I've never ordered anything here other than hamburgers. The onion rings are awesome, and the royal red Robin burger is like nothing else you've ever had. The service, at least for us, could've been better, but she was trying, so I can't fault her too much. Overall, this is one of my families favorite places when my daughter is in town.

Let's start with the service. While our server had an irritable and highly occupied night he did not forget to communicate and check on us. There were sometimes where I would wait longer than desired but the patience paid off. Our server ensured we got everything we needed even though the kitchen was backed up. They couldn't keep up with the unlimited fries. The food still turned out well and was cooked deliciously. I am a fan of the veggie burger. We were here to celebrate a birthday and make use of BOGO. It got tricky but all still worked out. I left happily fed and satisfactory served

My experience was okay. I first went to a Red Robin in Skokie, IL. That was in 2008. The burgers and fries were tasty. Fifteen years later... The 2023 Red Robin sucks! The burgers seem smaller. The fries are different. The service was slow! And the prices are high. I paid $158 for a party of 6. Next time, I'll make gourmet burgers with bottomless fries and lemonade at home! 🙄

When your server is so busy with her two other tables that she drops the refills as she speeds by. She is short and rude in her tone and speech. That is until it was time to pay. Then there were new workers there and she was suddenly super friendly and talkative. We normally tip 50% but could not justify but the minimum for this type of treatment. My family was wondering if we had done something to offend our server but we could not think of anything. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The food was well made. Our veggie burgers were cooked well. The zucchini fries are so tasty. My daughter loves the endless Mac n Cheese and oranges.
