First time here and had a great experience for the most part. My ragin’ cajun chicken sandwich was delicious and so were the onion rings. My husband got a burger and said it was good. Fries and chips were pretty good too. Service was a little slow, but not bad. Waitress was sweet. Plan to try the one back home in Charlotte with the family soon.
Been here before, but it was years ago. This time around the place felt a bit dirtier, with slick/greasy floors and a horrible sewer smell towards the bathrooms. Once we were seated, things improved. The server was friendly, courteous, and professional, coming by to check on us frequently and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great! Banzai Burger, Avocado Bacon Burger, endless fries with that classic Red Robin seasoning, and then tried the new Pineapple Upsidedown Cake Shake!
My royalty rewards wasn't working, staff went above and beyond trying to help. I wasn't to worried about my free appetizer, but the server even called the reward company and straightened it all out for me. I also like that I can get gluten free food without worrying about getting sick. Food was very hot and fresh, actually had to let my burger cool down to eat. Will be back for sure.

I love red Robin and always enjoy coming here. Service was amazing. Food was delicious. The only complaint I have is the price it is crazy that I spent $27 including tip. I had a Coke upgraded my burger with onion rings that is ridiculous. You lost me there, red Robin
I went to celebrate Veterans Day as I'm a veteran myself. The wait was about an hour for a table, expected, but once I was seated I was promptly greeted by my server Jenny, who was amazing and couldn't have been better! Friendly, cheerful and attentive even though it seemed as though they were short staffed. Although there were no children in my party, I observed her interaction with them as well as with the elderly and you couldn't find a more compassionate person in such a hectic situation. I haven't had service this good in probably 2-3 years. I understand servers main source of income is based on tips and I would hope that people would reward her well for the excellent service she provides, but if the company has an exemplary employee I would hope they would compensate her as she represents the company in a very favorable light. Thanks to Jenny's great service, you've earned a repeat customer and I'll make sure I request her as my server!
The food was excellent, however, the drinks were not. All the non-alcoholic beverages were basically undrinkable. I ended up getting a mixed drink after trying two other non-alcoholic options.
Food was otherwise good, as expected. Really love their fries, and the burgers were excellent.
Fantastic establishment, I love the wings, great place to bring the wife and kids! Nice open floor plan and lots of atmospheric lighting. And a Target nearby to fulfill your hair cream and chocolate milk needs after a hearty Red Robin dinner!
