Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Fresno - 3385 W Shaw Ave, USA

Been a few years since I’ve been here. When you ask for soda refills they add a ton of ice extra. When you PAY for bottomless fries they might be endless or might not even come. I’m not here to ASK YOU to do your job. If you’re the waiter and want a decent tip then please provide the minimum

We walked in and waited for like five minutes before a hostess even came around the corner and they were not busy. We were then seated and our server was rude and acted like we were a burden. After the second time, her helper threw something on our table and the place were dirty. I decided to let the manager know that it was my daughter's birthday and we were very uncomfortable. I didn't ask for anything free just for him to tell his team to have a better attitude. The poor guy apologized and gave us a new server. All was going better until on our way out the door the original rude server alejandra decided She wanted to pick a fight with me in front of my kids. So after I responded to her. I told her to call her manager again. This poor guy has no control over this team. And they have no respect for him. Alejandra dropped trash on the floor right in front of him and walked away from it which he ended up cleaning. I'm disgusted that I had this kind of experience and have to do this kind of review on my daughter's 15th birthday. I will not be returning to the red robin on shaw.

Nice place and decently priced. Just wish the bar would stay manned the entire time. I hate when the bartender would walk off and wouldn't come back for another 10 minutes. Update 11/11/23: Bar seems better staffed. The bartender would walk off but he would come back quickly.

We celebrated our first anniversary here! Staff is very friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely amazing! Try the Peaches and Cream shake you’ll love it!

While I'm giving a rate 3 stars, I wanted to comment about the customer service from welcome to waitstaff. We experienced such great improvement from the last time we went that I had to share. The welcome staff engaged in communication with us as we walked in. They accepted our request for a booth away from the door with smiles and efficiency. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was all authentic smilies and made us feel like we were the only customers that mattered. Our glasses were always filled promptly. Now, the not so great news. My salad had a substantial amount of frozen lettuce that was translucent and inedible. Since it was only a side salad, there wasn't a lot left. This is what we were fearing when we decided to give them another chance. The excellent customer service really saved the experience from being a one - or two star rating. We have gone to Red Robin many times through the years, and know it can be better. We hope that they continue to improve and that our next visit will be back to a four star rating.

Has family from out of state and I remembered Red Robin, so I excited told them about this great restaurant. The waiter was nice and courteous but really underwhelming and we went when it was pretty empty. I am a big eater so I ordered some appetizers with fries I kid you not, they brought out 15 fries. I ordered a burger with bottomless fries the fries were one time deal even though I asked for more. I rarely post any reviews but when it comes to restaurants that are this bad I definitely want to warn others. I still left a tip, but only because I know it’s hard for the servers, but damn don’t do a job like that then think you deserve 20% or more tip

I've personally eaten every burger on their menu 4 times over, plus every new/special burger they offer. The RR was the absolute worst in my 15+ years on eating RR. 1. Walked in, not greeted but barked at about sitting at the bar unless we wanted to wait. NEVER has this happened. We are always escorted to our table regardless of the seat. 2. Endless fries? End, the basket quantity was decreased by half. The only reason our fries were refilled (once) was flagging down another server. 3. The bar area was extremely slippery. 4. The men's restroom smelled like urine. 5. At one point my server took my glass to refill the water, but stopped twice to chat with fellow employees. 6. Aside from the above, our burgers were spon on. Unfortunately, after supporting RR for over 15 years, this restaurant makes me question the corporate culture now. No host/hostess should ever barked at customers, let alone not seat us with menus. Completely unprofessional.
