Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Louisville - 9870 Von Allmen Ct, USA

Excellent burgers that includes unlimited season fries, Homemade potato chips and several other items. The burger was cooked to my specifications. Sir what is a good experience. SERVICE was over the top. My first time at this restaurant and was waited by Faith. She was excellent and on top of things. They had homemade potato chips that I had never tried and asked her if I could try a sample and within one minute they showed up at our table. They are best known for their burgers and fries. If that’s what you’re looking for in this is a great place to go. I plan on a return visit sometime soon.

What was not to love. Food. Great. Host. Awesome. Waiter. Spot on ! It was just amazing. I will be back. Read the tables. They are hysterical. Little metal sign on ends. 80)

We arrived for dinner to find a mostly empty restaurant. We thought we'd hit a sweet spot, but quickly found they were short-staffed. Our server was clearly in the middle of a double shift, and she was quick to let us know "they're killing me", repeatedly. It took an unusually long time to place our order, and even longer to get our drinks, then food. We never received any refills on our beverages, by the way. When the food arrived, via the manager walking it from the kitchen, our burgers were not remotely what we had ordered. So, we ate the fries while we waited for our server to return. I had to get silverware from behind the bar for my daughter's salad because I wasn't sure when the server would return. Eventually, we got the correct burgers, but I was so glad the experience was over when we left that I really don't remember if the burger was any good. I don't think we'll go back to that location.

The food was great. The server was not, we requested campfire sauce and didn't get it until we had to request it a second time at which point his burger was over half gone. She brought both of us a refill drink before it was needed so that she wouldn't have to come back to the table anytime soon which was very obvious when my son had to go track someone down just to order a dessert. She was nice enough, just not attentive to her customers.

Went for my bday to get my free bday burger. It was excellent. My wife got hers on a gluten free bun. Burgers 🍔 are always good. We never got asked if we wanted more fire's but otherwise we enjoyed our meal.

Side salad came out with the burger and fries instead of before. Never was asked if I wanted a drink refill. The Red Robin burger was great but fries lost their crispness since I had to eat my salad first.

Burgers were just OK, not really hot. Bacon, thin and floppy. 2 pieces, almost see-through. Fries are good. Pricey, $50 for 2 burgers, fries, 1 Coke, 1 water, fried pickles. Pickles were like $8 and not a lot of pickles. I don't plan to return. Would rather spend $50 at Five Guys.

Hostess was great and very kind! Wait time was fast and place is very clean. Waitress was rude and left us waiting for long times in between visits to the table. Never removed any dishes from the table. Myself and three daughters went for a girls day and it was just not what we normaly expect from red robbin. Food was dry and cold. Burgers where made wrong and Condiments where forgot. Not sure we will be returning to this location after the Experience we had.
