Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Mt. Juliet - 401 S Mt Juliet Rd, USA

This was the 1st time I went to this location. My server, Z, seemed distracted. It looked to me that that he had only 3 or 4 tables, but the drinks and app took forever. The food tasted wonderful, so no problem there. I requested more fries, and it took so long to get them I had to get them to go.

Liquor/cocktail menu has no prices listed, and our server did not know the prices, but provided an estimated $7 per drink. Visited the bar to confirm prices and the estimate was way off. Up to $12 per drink. Overall service was as off as the drink estimate. Kids menu is only available on the table kiosk, which was very dirty (see photo). Fries were cold and rock hard, but hamburger was pretty good except for the avocado portion, which could be described as a ‘smear of avocado’ (see photo). In general it seems like this chain has lost any uniqueness it once had and is relegated to the fast food levels of quality and experience, but with a higher price tag.

Our burgers were good. I think our server got distracted or had too many tables. He was very nice. We had a longer wait time than normal.

We had Kenny as our server today, and I can'tsay enough great things about him. He was absolutely perfect, friendly, helpful, and very courteous. As always, the burgers were delicious.

Pretty good experience at this location. Really friendly attentive server. I had the Whiskey River ribs with a freckled lemonade as my drink. Fantastic Everything was fresh. Steak fries were great. My wife ordered the wedgie burger. I don't do lettuce wraps, but she really enjoyed her sandwich. We will be back!

Our food was really greasy. I tried the garlic French fries on a whim. It was later explained to me that the garlic butter is poured over the fries after they are cooked. Explains why they were so greasy. My wife had fish and fries and they were both very greasy, without the garlic. My impression was that the frier temp wasn't up high enough or they hadn't changed their oil recently. My burger was good, cooked correctly. Friday night though. Our waiter, Travis, was great. Informative, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We'll go back, but it might be a little while. For $20 per person is a lot to pay for greasy food. I will state that the manager treated us fairly.

First time ever going to this Red Robin location. Drove over an hour from home to get here because my wife and I were craving Red Robin for our anniversary yesterday. The food was AMAZING! Our server was amazing also, I forgot to get her name to add to my review, but from watching the other guests get their orders quick and everyone actually enjoying their food, I'd say that they had a wonderful experience too with their servers. So, everyone gets a good review! Lol.

Food was ok. Server was almost non existent. There were 4 other tables in the dining area with customers. This was at about 6:30pm, so not really late. Everyone was getting up going to the kitchen to get their checks. Kitchen staff appeared to be having a great time. Paid the upcharge for garlic fries (1.99) and received a total of 6 fries with my sandwich. Never saw the waitress until after we were both finished eating so, "bottomless" was not an option. Drinksnwere never refilled. When we finally got her attention to get the check she offered to-go drinks and never brought them. The only thing going for them last night was that my chicken sandwich was good. Wasn't worth the hour drive.
