Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Cordova - 1231 N Germantown Pkwy, USA

Came here with a coworker for lunch and I remembered why I haven’t been in a year or so. The food is mediocre at best and I most likely won’t come back a third time. When we arrived we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait despite there only being a handful of people seated. So, we waited. We finally received our seat (near the kitchen) and ordered promptly. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and a sprite. The sprite was very flat and I requested a refill. After waiting, I reminded the waitress and was met with an attitude (I didn’t mean to interrupt their catch up time in the back). I finally received the drink and, this time, it was fine. The meal itself was basic.. a little sloppy but edible with lukewarm fries. I definitely won’t be back as this experience wasn’t that good. I do sympathize with the service industry as they are suffering but as a paying customer, I expected more, especially when you have multiple employees laughing and joking around while customers are trying to wave them down.

The bottomless fries 🍟 are the bomb dot com! Servers were really nice. Food came timely and with reasonable pricing. Communication to the kitchen for vegan requests can be improved. However our server Erica went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and we appreciated that. It’s kid friendly, booster chairs and high chairs as well as special meals are available.

Mediocre! The beautiful prominent location seemed to help make this a great choice for lunch, but from the moment we entered, the whole experience was pretty "meh". The wait was about 15 mins, even though the restaurant didn't have very many people at all. Literally there were only about 3-4 tables max with people and most of the restaurant was empty. Nevertheless, we made our order and the mozzarella stick came out really fast, although they tasted on the slightly under-done side. Not bad, but not great. Onto the burgers, my daughter greatly enjoyed her burger and milkshake. My burger came without the fries, and unfortunately I still didn't have fries by the time we were ready to leave. Maybe this place is under-staffed. Whatever the case is, until they get whatever issues they have under control, expect a mediocre dining experience.

Fantastic Sunset Lemonade! The fried pickles were tasty but a tad bit greasy. The cheese sticks were good but the marinara was not. Our server absolutely hates her job and makes it obvious.

Food was great. Unfortunately they were out of zucchini fries again and that was one of the reasons we went and I was charged for sautéd mushrooms on my burger that I didn't receive. Make sure you call ahead to ensure they have what you want. Besides that everything was good and the service was perfect.

Good turkey burger with mushrooms, white cheese sauce and pineapples. 🍍Did I say DELISH 😋. Thanks Kim, the customer-friendly, accommodating, professional manager who seems to ❤️Love her job.

Burgers were great. Wait time not bad. Friendly waiter. The Root beer float was yummy too.

Food was delivered in a timely manner. Great Server.She was very patient with us and smiled genuinely.Coconut pineapple smoothie taste and consistancy was not good.Milkshakes and food great.
