Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Avondale - 10240 W McDowell Rd, USA

Excellent burgers and fries, sweet potato fries were tasty too! I also had a shake where the waitress brought the mixer cup so I could top it off! Decent beer selection. Overall very impressed for our first Red Robin experience, 🎶 Yuuuum!

Every time I come here I just love the atmosphere. I like it when it's calmer during the week and I go for lunch. The burgers are amazing and I love their fries with their in house seasoning. I wish I knew the waitress's name that helped us out in March because she had great customer service and checked up on us when it was appropriate, not too much and not too little it's like she knew when we needed her. I love their freckled lemonade it's just a good place to eat.

November 8th 2023 between 6-7pm me and my pregnant wife ordered 2 whiskey river bbq burgers and they arrived with no bbq sauce and worst of all we both got food poisoning. Im pissed because you not only poisoned my wife but my unborn daughter. Will be going to corporate with this.

Not happy that the food wasn't great or exciting. The tuna melt sandwich seemed like something we could have easily made at home. The ranch dip was watered down- pretty gross. I know things have gotten expensive but really? Onion rings were meh. Battered green beans did not taste great, it's like they used a tempura batter and it was a weird taste and texture. Sweet potato frys were ok.

I've been coming to this Red Robin for over 10 years and never had an issue with my order or with staff members. Everything is well prepare when served. Plenty of parking. A few times I had to wait for table, but usually it's on weekends and major Holidays. I've noticed that thru out the years they've been removing a lot of 80's and 90's decorations, which made the place a bit more interesting to look at while you waited for your food.

Today we decided we wanted Red Robin and our visit was the worse visit we have experienced at this Red Robin. First no none attended us until a manager came by and asked if anyone had taken our order or stopped by. We said no so she took our drink order, we then placed our appetizer order ourselves. Our sever came a while later. Took out order and got it all wrong. We asked for no onions on the burgers and the burger was full of onions and my daughter ordered a burger and fries and she got carrots instead of fries. Out fries were cold and our server never came to give us refills or nothing. I had to ask for napkins to two different ladies because the sever never came. I asked the lady who brought the food our for napkins and she never brought them. I then asked a lady that was cleaning the tables and she was nice enough to stop cleaning the table and brought us napkins. I would understand if the place was busy but there weren't many people there. Horrible service. Which I am surprised they are always great. That is why I did not leave the server a tip. Normally I am a great tipper. But not today.

I enjoyed the restaurant itself and the server was wonderful (TJ), but the food was just so so. I ordered a blta on a croissant and the croissant was kind of dry. It actually didn't have any flavor at all and my sweet potato fries were also cold. The dill pickle chips we're fantastic however and we ate all of those.
