Came here tonight for a date night first time ever trying Red Robin and not only was the food terrible the service was even worse . 12$ for these French fries where the meat taste like it’s been sitting all day basically little chunks of rubber bands if I could compare it to anything . Our server was also bartending and had maybe 2 other tables and 2 at the bar . I myself being a server was so disappointed the 2 little interactions we had with our server was short and rushed . She maybe said 2 words the entire time we were there . To be fair she wasn’t aware that the food was not good considering she wasn’t around nor did she ask. First time in my entire life that I didn’t leave a tip . Safe to say I will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else . Highly recommend the chilies down the street
Wow, this place always has such delicious food and fast service. The server was so friendly and helpful. We always have consistently good service and food when we're here. The only issue I have is with people allowing their kids to scream and run around. It's certainly not the restaurant's fault this is happening, but it's hard to have a conversation when you have to talk over a child who won't lower their voice.
Great burgers and appetizers and some delicious shakes.
Beware pick up/curbside delivery.. check your food before leaving!!! We are highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the order we picked up tonight. My spouse paid almost $80 for food that could fit in a happy meal box. The portion size was seriously incorrect. Due to the fact it was a pick up order and being still in a pandemic, we didn't realize the issue until we arrived home or else I would have walked the food right back in for my money back. The way the bill and portion size panned out was $10 for a mac n cheese entree which was one scoop about 6-8oz. This is a side dish quantity not entree. Then we ordered an appetizer chips and artichoke/spinach dip that had only 12 chips, when a normal appetizer would have been a full plate. Also with the Mac and cheese entree, it was supposed to be a side dish of soup, which also contained about 3-4 oz and it looks as if there was soup eaten out of it and then reheated. Check your food before you leave!!
Edit: when contacting the email for complaints about this matter they replied with "sorry".. no offer of a coupon or refund or nothing to make good for stealing our $80 basically.
Server was excellent. The food chicken sandwich very good. The tomatoes and mayo made it a little soggy. Maybe leave tomatoes on the side but still good. Atmosphere felt safe and clean.
I just spent $53.00 on food that tastes like it was made yesterday. Me and my buddies from work like to get Red Robin once a week but the quality has been going down over the last couple months. Todays visit just made me mad. The fries were so cold the were almost uneatable. My burger tasted like the bun was 2 months old. I think my visits to Red Robin have come to an end, which makes me sad.
Food was alright I guess. The money didn’t add up.. I got my check back it said $65.07.. I gave her a $100 bill on top of a $15 tip. She came back with a new check and my change was only $28. After looking at the check she gave me, my new total was mysteriously $71.89. Not sure how you make that kind of a mistake but $5 is $5 and that just doesn’t make any sense to me.
Worse lunch there was hair in my food and they didn’t even bother taking any money off of our bill or anything! A handful of fries isn’t gonna fix it. Last time I waste my money there. And it wasn’t the first time either as soon as she got to the table she asked if there was hair in it. Never again.

I often go to the queen too on Landis and Lincoln avenue in Vineland. I really love their soups because they do not use pork. They make excellent salads as well as sandwich platters and breakfasts. One of the owners is always there to make sure you
Great food and drinks! Glad we stumbled upon this place on the way home from taking a cruise on the motorcycle. We had a pleasant conversation with the chef and followed her advice on what to order... so glad that we did! Drinks were awesome too!
They give you what you ordered at the right spice level. Service is very pleasant, have been here before and plan on coming back for years to come. Me and my partner ordered level 4 spice pork drunken noodles and it does not disappoint. 5% cash disco

This food was SO good!!! I got a carnitas torta and some birria tacos and man I havenât had such good authentic Mexican in a while. The lady who answered the phone when I ordered was really nice too. Not too expensive and great staff working there.
I love how at home the staff make you feel! My daughter loves going and makes it a point when we're in the area to stop in! The pastries and cakes they create are beautifully crafted and reasonably priced!

Was fortunate enough to stop for lunch during their soft opening. Weâve had their food before and it was fantastic then. I have to say with them moving into a full service restaurant. It seems as though, they are now able to show their full potenti
