Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Kenosha - 6610 Green Bay Rd, USA

Entering, sitting at the table and ordering were all done in an acceptable manner. The table was clean, the staff was friendly, and it had a good family atmosphere. Unfortunately, from the time we ordered till we left everything else was disappointing. In the hour and twenty minutes we were there we were only checked on once. Every other time we needed the waiter we had to flag them down. Most of the time the waiter could be seen talking and goofing off with the other staff. When we ordered my daughter a refill of her salad and Mac and cheese it took 30 minutes for the refill. It was just disappointing despite starting out friendly. 2 out of the 3 meals were pretty good. Unfortunately 2/3 way through my burger I bit into a nasty, sour, oily flavor that made me nearly throw up. I was unable to finish my meal after that, and the nasty flavor wouldn’t get out of my mouth. It didn’t help he never came by to get a refill to wash it down. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You can get better burgers at Culver’s, better service at other restaurants, and the atmosphere didn’t make up for its shortcomings.

The food was okay. It wasn't bad, but it was nothing to write home about. I like the bottomless options. The server, Noel, was fantastic. She kept coming to check on us, not too much, but just enough that we weren't looking around for her. The atmosphere was good; it was nice and quiet. Everyone seemed friendly.

I had the cheese master burger, also a Mai Tai, and a Dr pepper. My wife had the fried cod and onion rings! She also had the rainbow lemonade and a Tequila Sunrise. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+ 🌟 I will have to give my admiration to the two managers which manned the kitchen. They were extremely short staffed, they cannot get enough people for a full compliment of workers. And I'll tell you, those folks were working their backsides off. People were doing triple duty! The food was very very good, the drinks were potent, and, they kept asking if we needed refills or anything. 🌟🌟🌟🌟+🌟 I worked in the restaurant industry when I was a teenager, I have total admiration for this staff, all hands on deck as they say. And, they deserve every penny of a really good tip! 🤑 One other thing, the bathrooms were spotless! And, as everyone knows, clean bathroom, clean kitchen!🪙

The last time I visited, I wasn't happy...over a year or so ago. This visit was different... the service was good and the burger was on point. I tried thr burger with the egg on top and it was delicious. The housemate chips were delicious and the strawberry lemonade were also delicious. Our waitress was attentive. I left satisfied!

We waited 20 minutes to even get our drinks. My bottle of beer costed $8.50 and wasn't even cold. Then we waited what felt like forever for our food and they brought something I didn't even order. Then we waited another 25 minutes for the right order. Our bill had the food we ordered AND the food that we didn't order. I have never had service this bad in my entire life.

I cant sing the praises of the staff here more! Our server Briana was fantastic! She got the Brewers game on for us right away, never once missed an endless fry refill, brought tons of the sides we asked for and made sure each of our customizations came perfect. The food came out fast, it was delicious and we were sat right away.

Waitress placed order incorrectly, watched as other customers arriving after us received their orders well before we did. Asked for refill for fries never received them. Asked for check and was told to take care of it on the kiosk. Manager arrived after and corrected the mistake and offered a free dessert.

Excellent food and service! Very welcoming staff. Restaurant is taking measures for Covid distancing. Frozen margaritas are my go to! Very delicious onion rings. Their wing appetizers are real good too! Would love more cheese with the pretzel bites though lol A lot of little bites for that little amount.
