Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Medford - 499 Medford Center, USA

Burger was pretty good. It has a decent quality. But they are always busy. It makes me think of myself that Is it worth to wait 50mins for a burger with little cold patty.

Clean. Nice atmosphere. Food was great but bartender walked up and said, "What do you want.?" Felt like I screwed up his plans or something. Regardless, foods always great at Red Robin!

Great food and experience. We have 2 small children and they even refilled their mac and cheese! The manager who I cannot remember his name was so nice and helpful! He was relieving the server for a break. He took our orders and the food came out fast and perfectly. I saw him helping out all the staff throughout our dining. The staff were nice and everyone was really working hard to keep up with the lunch rush. We rarely go out to eat anymore after we had some bad experiences and this was not the case this time! I even heard the little girl at the table next to us say how nice the guy was that was helping them!(manager). I rarely write reviews but they all should know it was a great experience for us and we will definitely be back

Had the most wonderful experience on Wednesday evening. Twenty minute wait for a table was well worth it. The manager actually waited on us, and I have never had such great service . The food was excellent ! It's was all-around a fantastic time. We will definitely be back.

I normally give a 5 star for this restaurant. However, it does matter which days you go in and the crew and manager that day. The guys who clean up and wipe tables and get you things are hard working and friendly and always ask if you need anything. With the new trend about tipping, I'm all over it about service and acknowledgement. Being genuine and getting back to the table even if it's busy. I know what days and what crew now are on my Santa tip list.

Always high energy and a little rowdy in a good way. Service was excellent and predictive. Food was quick, hot, and tasty. Unfortunately the bathroom was disgusting. It didn't get cleaned even after telling staff. Poop on one seat, one stall won't stay closed so it was down to two options And was super busy.

The waitress was incredible! We had a big party & she had all our orders correct. Fast in drinks. Tons of napkins & sauces. She was on top of it all! Food was amazing! Steak fries. Omg!!! Will be back! 🍔❤️🔥

I love music, but it was too loud. The server seemed like she was on something short, rude 🥴It probably took 30 minutes or more to get our meal My burger was just about burnt and it tasted terrible. My sweet potato fries were funky& over fried The clincher is that there was two hairs Not my color Long hairs covered underneath in my sweet potato fries. Trust me I’ll never go here again not even to the one in grants Pass at least one in grants Pass is modern who the hell wants to see the place with red chairs not me good luck, and I will never return
