Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Pittsburgh - 1230 Settlers Ridge Center Dr, USA

Our waitress was awesome! We had 12 in our party. She knew what she needed to do and we rolled with it. She took accurate orders, food was served hot and quick even though it was a busy Saturday night. Some attention could be given to the women’s bathroom but our waitress made this visit. Nadine is her name I think!!

The server was really good. There was a mistake with my wife's buyer, and she actually admitted to making the mistake. She didn't blame the cooks. She brought extra fries so my wife had something to eat. The bartender made our drinks perfectly, couple tasty beverages. The manager, then took the cost of my wife's meal off the check. We didn't even ask, we were happy they made a fresh burger. Red Robin, we were impressed with the service. Yum!!

I got curbside pickup for two entrees and a dessert, when I called to let them know I was there the attendant was annoyed and hung up abruptly, no big deal though. When we got our food, the dessert was missing, so I ran inside to get the missing item. The gentleman who answered the phone earlier/ brought us our food was slouched over on his phone behind the hostess stand. When I got his attention, and told him what was missing, he was visibly annoyed and went to the kitchen. He came back out, told me it’s gonna be a few more minutes, and immediately sat down and got back on his phone. 10 minutes later, I got up and asked about the eta, as kindly as I could, and he rolled his eyes and just went to the kitchen without saying anything. He came back and said it would be a few more minutes. 10 more minutes later, a waitress brought me my food, and no one acknowledged my wait or the inconvenience. I try to be really understanding of these things, but this interaction really rubbed me the wrong way, especially because I was trying to be kind and patient, and my husband and I frequent this location. It makes us hesitate to have this location on our rotation of take out.

I go every once in a while for their fries, wanted to share a rare fry i got a while back that was giant, twice as thick as a normal fry and longer too. Burgers are good and service is mostly quick. Refills on fries are always very quick or slow, when theyre slow they always come out hot and fresh which can make up for the wait.

Wow, has this place gone downhill! You would think that they are more focused on pizza rather than burgers. Speaking of which NO 8oz burgers anymore. 6 ounces or less, my guess was less, hardly filling... the double patty was only 2 ounces.

1-3-2024 Called to give a heads up that we were a party of 17 for a birthday celebration of a 29 year old special needs young lady. Kennedy (was so pleasant) our server, had our table ready, made our b.d. girl feel VERY special! This is her favorite restaurant! Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, no complaints! Thank you Kennedy and staff!

I would give it 5 stars for the food and the waitress we had but the hostess at the front was extremely rude told me while me and by boyfriend were leaving “i hope the burger disagrees with your stomach”. We were never rude to her we were upset at the fact that we waited 20 minutes told there was a wait while another couple was sat by her while we were still waiting. I did call and speak with the manager not sure if anything was done about it Wish i got her name brown hair was in a bun

Our party was there around 1pm. There wasn’t a wait to be seated but it took 45 min for food to come. Our food was ice cold. The cheese on the burgers were no longer melting and you can tell it was just sitting back there. Fries, as always, were cold. We asked for more and the waitress was happy to say yes and never brought them. She also never came back to see if we needed anything so we had to ask the manager for ketchup and silverware. Also I could hear 3 other customers ask for ketchup. Bottles are always empty. Haven’t been at the SHV location. For a long time and won’t be going back anytime soon.
