Came to Red Robin as a party of five for lunch on Black Friday, and our service was both timely and polite for such a busy day. We ordered the chicken bites appetizer, and they were tasty but not incredible. Our burgers came out not long after and that's where the real treat was. The burgers were absolutely fantastic and the endless sides of fries with the various dipping sauces like the campfire sauce or the garlic aioli were awesome compliments. Our server Suzie did an excellent job of handling our requests quickly and was on top of all refills and super nice. Would definitely come back here again!
This franchise is not what you can expect of a Red Robins. Ive been to 2 Red Robins from 2 different states. Now 3 and this one does not even remotely compare. Starting from the seating arrangements to the Whiskey River Run burger. Just not what I expected. It felt like a small town diner. I was expecting the step up booths, red robins decor, etc. Also the burger was lacking and wasn't wrapped in the red robins burger wrap. Burger not juicy or enough crispy onions. The POSITIVE: A very nice gentleman, out with his kids, quietly paid for our kids meal. We were confused at first when our bill was less than expected but we were pleasantly surprised when the waiter told us.
This review is based on take out. I love that you can easily customize your order. I also love that they offer veggie patties. The veggie burger I ordered was incredibly delicious. The hubby had the chicken sandwich and loved it. Our meal was ready when we got there. We will definitely order from here again.
After having issues ordering in the phone, I went to the restaurant and man who I believed was Manager came, apologies for the difficulty. And even told me to wait in my car as he brought the food out. Very thoughtful man, thanks a lot Greg and I hope Red Robin acknowledges your customer service skills, that was the perfect handoff
Update: decided to try again. Even worse than last time. We sat for 20 min before staff (Erin) even stopped to get our drink order. The place was empty. The fish (didnt dare try the burger again) was so soggy that fluid poured out of it when I broke it open. The floor under our table was covered with something slick. We didnt eat our meal, just paid and left. Noticed the floor in the entire place was filthy. Didn't think 4:30 on a Tues was such a tough time. Wish I just didnt even try again. Sorry RR. You have lost my business for good. Stopped going after rude service a year ago but decided to try again. Extremely disappointed in the burger. Really has lost it's luster. Miss TGIFridays
The cod filets were amazing. They were light and crispy. The steak fries were the best fries we ever had. My burger was hot and juicy and my Margarita was delicious. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Service was fast and we will be going back again!!!
Great burgers servers were,under staffed and did great taking care of everything.
Great staff and food. I ordered the smokehouse brisket burger and it was amazing. Ordered it with some pink and it came out perfect. Great atmosphere and overall I would definitely come back here for a good burger.
