Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Coeur d'Alene - 1501 W Riverstone Dr, USA

Stopped here on our drive straight from Glacier NP and we were starving. The food was amazing and super filling. The staff was 5/5 all around, constantly checking up on us and making sure we’re properly taken care of. Special shout out to Shelly who took great care of us! Will for sure visit whenever I’m in town again

I dined in the CDA Red Robin on Friday, 12/29/23 at 3 pm. I ordered a bonsai burger that was not a patty, just ground beef slopped onto the bun. When I went to take the first bite all the ground beef fell out the bottom. Please, see the picture of how it was left on my plate. No one checked upon us and we had no napkins or silverware or ketchup. As for bottomless fries, false advertising when the bottom-of-the-barrel staff doesn’t come around and cannot be found. I had to use the machine at the table to pay for the meal (again, no staff to be seen) and I was charged $2.99 for a beverage that I never received.

The place was loud. Food was OVERPRICED! I would go to McDonald's and get the same amount of food. I was not impressed. I will not be back!

We had the best server. She had lots of tables but was still great! We were told there was a 30 minute wait at the door but were sat in about 10 minutes. Food was good as usual. They were super nice to my kid. Nothing wrong here. 👍

For a chain it's exactly what you'd expect. We both got burgers, 1 had a hair on the plate and they very quickly fixed the issues. My bun was soggy on the black and blue burger and the cheese tasted like chemicals (likely the cooking gas). The fries were borderline uncooked. This is unfortunately something I've grown to accept from this red Robin. The server was pleasant but we only saw them 3 times our entire stay...

I had a newbe server, which was fine she was nice. Great burgers unless you want just the basics burgers then your bum out.

Previously we had horrible service but we had a gift card decided to try again. Our waitress was really great and was right on top of getting our fry refills and topping our drinks. The food was good. The desert was huge and we should have shared one not ordered 2.

It really wasn't very busy, and we got seated right away. For adults and two kids. Ten minutes to take our drink order, another 15 for our food order! Once we got our order, ghost town. We couldn't take advantage of the "bottomless" fries, because no one ever came around. Guess I know why it wasn't too busy
