Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Mooresville - 613 River Hwy, USA

One of the best experiences I've had at Red Robin. Service was outstanding and very friendly. The food was extremely fresh and came out quickly. The fries were just perfect. Really happy I came here.

I ordered the whiskey, River chicken wrap, and it was a little dry. The service was subpar. There was one server to about 10 tables in my area, and she appeared to be overwhelmed. I had to ask for silverware, a refill on water, and More condiments. After a while, I just gave up and left. Also, they did not have Wi-Fi which was important to me because I want to go in and get a little work done while I eat. Maybe I’ll try this restaurant again or maybe I’ll try another location.

Ordered from Door Dash, and the food was delicious as if I were at the restaurant. The Haystack burger was filling. I ordered it without the bun and had it on lettuce, still quite filling because I could only eat half. Saving the rest for dinner. Nice portions and juicey burger. Will order again.

In this day and age I think most would agree that finding good service is rare, this has not been my experience so far with Red Robin. I have visited several times in the last few months, on my last visit the waitress came to take our drink order and while we were still talking about the menu another person brought our drinks to the table. Also several times throughout the meal the waitress or other employees would bring refills by without us having to ask. On top of the exceptional service we received the food was excellent. Several of their entrees have bottomless sides. Not only that but you can mix and match the sides throughout your meal. The last few times we visited was on a Tuesday night. Several years ago we visited I remember that one night during the week they had a kids night. If loud kids are not your thing you might want to check what day it is before you go.

Haven't been in a while and was craving a burger and garlic fries. I found a new burger they had on the menu called "Smashed avocado n bacon burger". I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did! It came out cooked as ordered with several pieces of crispy bacon, lettuce, onion, and thick portion of smashed avocado on a toasted bun. It was very good!! The garlic fries were good as always and I indulged in a root beer float. They're always good as well. My waiter kept me refilled on food and drinks and was very courteous!

Everything was great. Casey did not disappoint. He kept everything flowing. He made sure we wasn't without anything. He was polite and very attentive. I hadn't been in awhile but will be going back

Update 1: had a great server today (TY Synoman) and today I tried the broccoli as my side and it was really good - I know, who wants broccoli, but for some reason it sounded good today so I tried it. Original post: Always get good service and good food. While they have good burgers, the fish and chips is my favorite.

We had a great experience at this Red Robin last week. Our food came quick and exactly how we ordered. Our drinks stayed full and service from the team was great. We ordered 2 burgers (one with a lettuce bun) and one kids meal and our total was a little under $40. Great quality for the price. The sides were also bottomless! We will be back!
