Been going to red Robin for years and a few different locations. Almost always great. Tonight I placed an order for buzz style clucks and fries for pick up. It was close to closing time. I Walked in, all of the employees were super nice. Food was on time but when I got home, the food was badly overcooked. Fries are more like potato chips. Chicken is very dry and way over done. Also ordered a strawberry lemonade and usually in restaurant, the servers put real strawberries in it too. This time there were none which that is my favorite part of the drink. Not sure I'll be back to this one

Northgate Mall is very different than it used to be, but Red Robin seems to still be a reliable option. Our food was delivered promptly and our server was competent and friendly. Our party of three all enjoyed our food.

There was no-one to receive us or the other 4 people behind us after 6-8 minutes a man showed up and not because we could see the waitress walking back and forth ignoring the waiting customers. Maybe because I had seen him by the walk up window on our way in. The table was dirty with food and drink stains. My husband was hungry so we sat in a booth by the kitchen and bar exit. A waitress attends to us and ignores the dirty table in her rush to get our order and drinks. After 20 minutes waiting for our fries that never came I asked a passing waitress if we could have napkins for our dirty table. She was kind enough to give us napkins and I used a straw from my water to wet the table and wipe. As soon as I was done with wiping our waitress carrying our food appeared including the extra limping fries we were waiting for. The waitress who gave me the napkins also came to ask if she could clean the table with a towel in hand. Really Now?? I presumed that by being close to the kitchen we would get faster service we saw plenty of staff talking out loud with food and dishes coming and going. What happened to customer service? I was glad that there's no carpet smell, the plastic tumbler looked petty worn-out that the food and fries we expected was going to be there because that's why we came here.

Just an average experience overall. The food was decent but not great. My wife and I used to come here more often for their mozzarella sticks but they got rid of them. The new mozzarella twists are pretty flavorless. We also got the fried pickles and they were a bit overcooked. For 2 adults and 2 kids, food and sodas cost $90. In my opinion, the food is not good enough to spend $90 on, especially when the service was just OK. Our drinks needed refilling for a while and after we got our food we really didn't see the server until we went to pay.

Terrible experience. Brought my niece here for a fun dinner night and everyone who showed up after us received food and better service. Half the Salas was missing the chicken... like someone just grabbed it off while serving. Totally unimpressed with this location.

Ordered a simple dish that should have taken less than 10 minutes max. If you want to wait forever for your food, don't come here. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes. Absolute joke of a chain. None of the employees are professional. Go to another location.

My partner and I love this Red Robin! The pickup service is always fast and the food is always fresh and hot. This is probably the best chain restaurant location I’ve ever been to—we are big fans!
