Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Restaurant in Allentown - 1875 Airport Rd, USA

Nice simple place with lively decorations, one of the best quick bite food places. Lunches are a lot easier; for dinner, sometimes the place is too crowded to be tolerable. The floor is getting a little dirtier over time. Now there is a constant greasy smell in the air. However, the waiters and waitresses are always friendly. So overall it is not a bad place to grab a quick bite, especially for lunch.

This is the only Red Robin I’ve been to consistently over the years and they don’t disappoint. The last time I went I got the pickle fries which had a spicy mayo sauce that, coming from someone who REALLY doesn’t like mayo, definitely wasn’t bad.

.....wow.... and not in the good way.... we stopped by for dinner on a whim.... its been a while since we have been here....expectations weren't high to begin with.....and here we go......bartenders hard a hard time with a gin and tonic(seriously) .... my wife waited 30 minutes until she received her drink..... the appetizer we ordered never came..... just our meals.... then was told they took the appetizer off the bill.... like there was another option?? The burgers were messy.... actually sloppy is a better description...almost looked like it should have been in a McWrapper....see attached picture... will definitely not be going back.... very disappointing....

This dining experience was HORRIBLE. FOOD WAS UNEXCEPTIBLE. PICS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. I do appreciate the manager on site for offering to remake the food himself, but at that moment, I just wanted to pay my bill and leave. I feel that when you visit an establishment, you should have a decent experience from your waitress right down to the quality of your entree. All this showed was a lack of leadership in that kitchen because they failed to train their staff in the importance of the quality of food coming out. Even the fries were insaturated that as you picked one up, the grease was dripping from it. Not good.

We went at a non busy time. We asked to be seated away from other diners. While we were eating the Host who maybe was confused sat a family with small children directly aside of us. Food was hot. Onion straws with the chicken bites were miniscule and we complained but nothing changed. The waitress forgot them and then brought me some in a tiny cup that was not even full. My Grandson's Clucks and fries were tiny and dark very hard to chew. He barely ate them. Very disappointing esp because most of the menu is super expensive. Not sure I would go back.

Came for lunch and was seated right away. ordered the clucks and fries and the crispy chicken salad. Food came out pretty quickly but that's about the end of the positives. Clucks were extremely greasy and surprising small. had to use multiple napkins to wipe the oil off the plate and clucks. Since they only give you 10 fries now with a meal we Asked for an additional order bottomless fries to be brought out when the food was dropped off. Mid way through the meal Had an additional server/manager stop by ask how everything was and we mentioned we were still waiting for the fries. Ended the mediocre meal with no additional fries being brought out, despite the receipt stating 2 additional orders of fries were placed. have had better experiences at northampton crossing and Center valley locations.

Went here several times now, most of the visits have been good with getting the teriyaki burger with pineapple or the new pretzel bun burger with a deep saucer of cheese. Decent selection of beer and other drinks, prices are so so, but did get to use a birthday coupon for a free burger which was nice.
