We asked the waiter to put light ice, like 5 times. She gave us the cup full of ice all the time, until the last time I asked. Can I have another drink with NO ICE, and she brought it, with little bit of ice, which it was ok, but I mean, i said “no ice”

The theme and atmosphere of the restaurant is great. Love the interesting artwork on the walls. Many options to choose from on their menu. Our waitress was friendly and competent all while training a new employee. Prices are decent if you don't go overboard on the extras like appetizers and desserts. The freckled Lemonade is delicious!

Hadn't been to Red Robin in many years, but my daughter was craving fries. So glad we went. I love fish sandwiches, but I'm usually disappointed in the taste and texture. But this time it was really good. Had the steamed broccoli with it--perfect texture as well. My daughter enjoyed her burger and, of course, the fries. Wish we could have tried other items, but that's for another time.

Our server was alright. Food Took longer than what we would’ve liked. They were slow on our refills for our fries and broccoli. However, the food was actually very good. The parking was easy and it was a nice atmosphere.

Edit: I TOLD YOU IN REVIEW I CONTACTED THEM 2XS AN NO RESPONSE! Horrible customer service! We were placed in a small booth by the kitchen where they proceeded to place a water jug and then spill it all over the back of me and the counter right behind me. I'm guessing it was too full. They didn't apologize they didn't attempt to pick it up or anything!! Contacted help and feedback on the website and nobody will return my messages. It's been several months!

Great experience here! I have a wheat allergy and when ordering online, forgot to mark gluten free on my bun but did on my fries. They ensured the whole order was gluten free and prepared to allergy safe standards. When they saw us double check in the take out bag, even took the meal back and confirmed with chefs without us having to ask. We will be back and are very appreciative!

Great chain restaurant, food is tasty not too expensive and service is fantastic. Usually have to deal with children, but that cannot be helped. They rotate different unique burger choices frequently and the bottomless fries with added seasoning are great.
