Red Oaks Dog Park - Dog park in Madison Heights - 31353 Dequindre Rd, USA

It’s a pretty nice/clean open space with some shaded picnic tables which are great when it’s sunny. You have to pay to park, but it’s perfect for fetch on a Saturday afternoon!

This dog park is full of tail wags! The park is fairly simple with four pasture-type enclosures for dogs to have fun. There is even a specific, small dog run but dogs of all sizes are welcome in the other runs. There is often tennis balls to throw and chase but really the fun is in chasing each other! Always a sniffing-good time!!

There are a couple enclosed areas for dogs to run and play with picnic benches, trash cans , and poop bag dispensers. This park is well maintained and the is a bike/waling trail leading from the water park area to it it.

One of the few dog parks in the metro area that lets you pay for a pass without being a resident of that particular town. Love taking my pup here! She loves it too - 3 runs open for her to chase balls and socialize.

Clean and spacious. Gated and the parking lot is off street for safety. The other dog owners are nice and considerate.

I have been to this location twice and I really like it. There are multiple dog runs and they are all spacious. The runs can accommodate many dogs and are mostly grass. There is a small picnic style section for humans that is covered inside of the run. My only gripe, and why I only gave them 4 stars, is that shaded areas are hard to find. Very few trees on the property. Hot days, especially full sunshine are hard on all visitors to the park.

Nothing special, just a large open, but fenced in area for my dog to run. Glad it's only a mile from my house that has no fenced in yard so my young dog can RUN and RUN! And my little dog just likes to watch while I hold him safely away from the other dogs (he's shy).

Freindly dogs, great dog park, provides water and bowls, and nice staff. Pay for parking or buy Oakland county park pass or joint pass includes metroparks. Good deal.
