Red Mango - Frozen yogurt shop in Wheaton - 233 Town Square, USA

I’ve been to a lot of froyo places and this one just isn’t the best. Very limited number of froyo flavors and the ones they haven’t aren’t the greatest. They have good toppings but also very limited based on other froyo places I’ve been to. I’ve been here twice and I won’t be back again. The employee is very nice but this place just doesn’t fill my craving when I’m craving good froyo.

This froyo place is fronting like a bao restaurant on Uber eats. Beware. They go by “Wow Bao” and they will scam you out of a meal and waste your Uber drivers time. I received a box of food that looked like someone took a bite of food and spit in the box. Then some baos that looked like someone pulled out of a freezer and microwaved.

If you like frozen yogurt, then you are in for a treat at Red Mango! They always have a great selection of flavors to choose from, as well as toppings if you want them. You pay by weight, so be prepared when you go to check out cause the price can be up there if you are not careful. We enjoy going as a nice family treat and sit outside... limited seating inside also to note. There is a nice courtyard though in the middle of the strip mall complex.

Red mango is the best frozen yogurt place I’ve been to. They always have super yum flavors and tons of great toppings. Besides frozen yogurt they also have smoothies and açaí bowls and different options. Super fun for a date night or hangout with friends or a place to take your kids! They have a rewards program that gets you five dollars off after a certain amount of points and you earn them quick! This location in in a fun place with the danada square fountain and fireplace and a little shopping center around. They have a small seating area inside but a few chairs and tables outside to sit and enjoy the summer air. Definitely recommend!

Terrible experience!! I waited for 20 minutes watching an employee attempt to make a tropical mango smoothie for me. He was not able to and tried to serve me a super thick product. When I asked for a refund (it was clear he wouldn’t get it right) he said they could not give me a refund or credit. They noted I could come back or get something else, but that won’t be happening. If you are getting something they have to make themselves, skip this location altogether.

Best service I have ever experienced. The smoothies taste like heaven. It is very clean and up to date too. It is winter but the frozen yogurt and smoothies still taste stupendous. I would totally come back any time I could.

Bit disappointed in this one lately. I love the yogurt and smoothies, delicious! But the last few times I've been in half the machines/flavors have been out of order, they had defective drink lids which instead of replacing they kept using for customers so my smoothie leaked everywhere in my car, sold out of toppings, and no to-go lids for serving cups. The employees are always super nice but unfortunately have had to just shrug and deal with these store issues it seems.. think the management may need to step up a bit to fix some things.
