The perjury this location commits to their contracts is as excessive as the slum hole of Village Inn on Wisconsin Avenue. The mentally underdeveloped staff on site cannot make the most basic decision even in regards to a simple role of toilet paper without the mental illness of operations lone female micromanager. When client safety risks have been realized, avoidance and non complaints is the only result. Risk of life and limb is eminent at any of their operations due to at least negligence if not intentionally due to principal criminal intent beyond their civil liabilities.

Holy crap! I challenge you to find a bigger dump than this place. #1 the sign out front says it is the Suburban Motel. We waited inside for 20 minutes while the guy in front of us rented the room week to week. This entire place was unacceptable. If it was a theme hotel the desk clerk should be a 'Huggy Bear' pimp. As an out of town cop, I asked the local PD where to stay. They had a good laugh when I told them my reservations were for the Red Lotus Inn. We went to LaQuinta for the weekend. We laughed at this place all weekend. We tried to cancel reservation and the manager (Alpa) went OFF on me and said she was charging my credit card full price anyway. No refunds. BUYER BEWARE!

The biggest issue with this Inn is that it is right next to a busy road which is quite load, and there are some shady characters around, even potentially staying here too. The first night was passable for close access to Milwaukee but the second night they upcharged more than was necessary. The staff is pretty mid overall, sort of unfriendly in my opinion. The room itself wasn't half bad though. It had everything I needed while I was in town.

I came here because I wanted a place to get away from everyone. It was ducked off to the side but right next to a Dunkin Donuts which was perfect. The lady at the front desk was such a sweet heart. She was so helpful with everything. They had great customer service & the rooms?? They were just so comfortable & CUTE!! I loved the room I had. Everything looked newly furnished. Loved everything about this place.

Booked a 2 bed room and got put in a 1 bed room so had to go complain right away. Got put in a room that had leftover popsicles in the little fridge and hair in the sink and toilet. Whomever was in the room behind us kept playing music loud late at night and we were right next to the office. Room key wouldn't work and had to go back to get it redone mid day.

Arrived was greeted by owner she was so helpful courteous got a great deal for my family and dog will be back again.Rooms are pretty nice beds super comfy shower was great.

Manager has a big mouth and walks around like she is better than everybody. Kept 100 dollar damage deposit because of a little bit of dog hair from my service dog. All dog are going to leave some pet hair behind that is just cleaning not damage. Kept all of it. Manager was cursing in front of my children. Pls stay at another place should have known when I saw the parking lot was empty. Your better off going to motel 6 help put these ppl out of business they don't deserve to own a hotel in Milwaukee or anywhere for that matter
