This was our first time ever eating red lobster and we all enjoyed it very much so. Amazing Biscuits, flavorful food. Affordable pricing. Unique menu options. And it was Christmas Day. Mmmm. Worth the wait and I’ll be looking forward to dining here again one day.
I LOVE red lobster!! However, the experience we just had at the one in Fayetteville Arkansas was super disappointing! The waiter kept forgetting things we had ordered. When we got our food my sides were not correct and my daughter got rice instead of frys. When asking the waiter for the food we asked for he claimed he would go grab it but then would never come back. The food was also not very good. My rice was not cooked all the way through and was still kind of hard and my Salmon was super tough! I also ordered the Pina colada and seriously don't think they put any alcohol in it at all. We waited FOREVER for our food as well and was almost there for three hours. We placed our order fairly quickly and it took forever to come out to us. The tables around us were even seated after us and got theirs first. Not a very good visit for the Fayetteville location.
The service was excellent! The food was ok. I might be being biased. Because Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant and I always compare dishes to my favorite dish their. But I got the Steak and Lobster tail. The steak was amazing the lobster tail was good and the Mac n chz with bacon was good to. We got the pizza appetizer it didn't have as much shrimp in it they kind of skimped on that it was ok needs a bit more flavor somethings missing there. My son loved the cheddar biscuits.
The new tequila lime shrimp and crispy dragon shrimp are fantastic! Our waitress was super friendly and fun to talk to.
I want to start off by saying that our server (Chadwick) got the 5 stars. Now, basically everything else was just unacceptable since RED LOBSTER used to be the go to spot for going out to eat at a nice place yeeaaars ago. When you're waiting on line outside/ inside sitting down by the 🦞 tank, you know the place is good. NOT the case in the last 10yrs at least. I knew waiters & waitresses that would bring home on average of $600 -$1000 a night in tips! Now, the place is DEAD, we went to dinner this Friday (which was ALWAYS packed) & only 5 tables present, atmosphere was dark & dingy, it smelled HORRIBLE upon entry due to what looked like the ORIGINAL carpets & lobster tank area, no greeting at door by manager, (one of red lobsters policies) more asphalt looking stains where servers bring the food out, cobwebs & built up dust throughout, food was ehhh & a posted note on the bus cart that caught my 8 & 11 year old kids attention was not something that we expected. Pictures below DO NOT give it justice fyi. I bet the other red lobsters are carrying this place & at this continued rate, the doors will close SOON unless management & or owners wake up & pay attention to what should matter. Good lord & people wonder why soooo many places close the doors for the most part. This didn't happen overnight. $102 spent before tip😳. I normally give good reviews so this upsets me. **Take care of your businesses and your customers and it will take care of you**
Every time I eat at Red Lobster I question my decision. This time was no different. Our waitress was a little less than great and would go sit down at a nearby booth to nibble on rolls whenever she didn’t have to be standing up. Our food came out right and hot, but was a little gross in taste. The amount of grease sat in the plate like a soup that left us with an upset stomach for the remainder of the day.
The place is nice. The customer service experience is great and they don’t take forever to get the food to the table. I had the “Endless Shrimp” and it was amazing. I recommend that you start with the Shrimp Linguine, Garlic Shrimp and the Spicy Shrimp. I would definitely visit this place again. They offer military discount and if you download the app you can get rewards.
The food was all perfect, our server was on top of it and the new shrimp flavor is delightfully surprising. It is an older red lobster building, so it's a little outdated but clean.
