Red Lobster - Seafood restaurant in Brea - 250 Brea Mall, USA

Unfortunately, it was not a good night for our server, Daniel. He appeared to be too busy to give good service. From the beginning, we waited quite a while before another server brought us our bread and apologized for the wait. Our server finally came and we ordered. The food was decent and my friend got the endless shrimp, but because Daniel was so inattentive , she didn't get to have any more. I needed to ask a bus person for a box, because Daniel was MIA, and by then, we were over trying to pretend we had a server, so we paid via the table kiosk. It's too bad because I usually have great experiences at Red Lobster, but sadly this was not one of them.

Dinner with my friend, Lisa always fun hanging out with her. One of our favorite places is Red Lobster. It's been a long time since I've visited this area. It used to be home.

This Red Lobster location offers a great dining experience with delicious food. I recently enjoyed their fish and chips, and the taste was absolutely fantastic—crispy on the outside and tender inside. The quality and freshness of the fish were exceptional, leaving me craving for more. However, during my visit, I found presence of an in-house photographer to be a bit intrusive. While I understand the intention behind capturing moments, the frequent interruptions were slightly bothersome and affected the otherwise relaxing ambiance. It'd be wonderful if they could find a balance that respects diners' privacy while still capturing the essence of the experience. Additionally, the booths felt a bit cramped, affecting comfort during the meal. Despite this, the overall service was impeccable, with attentive staff who ensured a pleasant dining journey. The ambiance was cozy, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was commendable.

Customer service sucks! Came here on 1/12/24, 2 girls were just talking as we waited to be seated. A guy finally came to seat us. Waited 20min no service so we left. The family behind us in line already had their appetizers. Will not visit again.

Been passing this place for at least 20 years, and finally oaid a visit today. Friendly staff and delicious food. Won't wait for another 20 years to visit this place again. 😂 04/23/2023: came here for the endless shrimps for $20 deal. Had shrimp skewers, scampi/walnut/coconut shrimps. Great deal. Probably won't miss shrimp for a long time.

Whenever I travel to USA, I make a bee line for a Red Lobster franchise. Some of their dishes are a bit on the oily side but their boiled crab legs are to die for.

Food options, staff, service speed all seem to be good. they keep changing the biscuits Except the bathrooms. It sorta makes you wonder just how clean everyone's hands are.

The service was absolutely fantastic! 💪 However, I think the kitchen could use some extra help in the back (seemed busy and short staffed when arrived) to make sure all food dishes are tended to and no seafood is overcooked. 💪🙂 overall great food and experience, thank you! Our server Nolan was amazing, very busy but still managed time for each table he was looking after. Thank you!
