Red Lobster - Seafood restaurant in York - Co Shopping Center, 2555 E Market St, USA

We had unlimited shrimp and it was delicious. Our waitress Chrissy could not have been nicer

Don't normally do chain restaurants but we were here for niece's prom dinner, we sat separately :) Anyway it's been 20yrs since I've eaten here. Place was nice and clean, service was great, food was good, no complaints and pleasantly surprised.

Called ahead for seating and still waited after our time to be seated (at least 1/3rd of the dining room was open and we were a party of 4). I can tolerate that, to an extent. Once seated, we ended up waiting at the booth for 30 additional minutes (we timed it) without food or drink orders even being taken. I will not tolerate that. We politely got up and left. This is the second experience I've had like this at this restaurant, and it is my last. With the premium price of your menu items, I'd expect better service at minimum.

Went in to try the new crab leg specials they have it's not what it's appears to be. All the seasoning is just piled on top of the crab legs it doesn't appear to be cooked in the garlic butter just the garlic butter applied afterwards The food came out very cold... I could only eat a small amount of my crab legs because they were cold, so I had to take it home to heat it.

Food was delicious. Went there for a combo of birthday and anniversary. Had to have lobster.

Manager Kat is fabulous. I know from experience how difficult it is to manage when severely understaffed but she is very attentive and I have seen her successfully calm many customers over our last few visits. Tonight my infant son was fussy while we waited for our entrees and my husband and I decided to get his food to go and have him eat in the car with our son to avoid disrupting other diners. No complaints on our end, such is dining with young kids. Kat noticed they had left and offered us a private table so we could both eat without having to worry baby was bothering other customers. Thank you Kat for saving our dinner and making us feel so welcome! You are a gem.

Ordered the endless shrimp with a side salad as they’re supposed to have one side that comes with it got charge for that salad and didn’t get a side. Never told me that it comes with a side and that the salad will be extra took over a half hour to get my shrimp Wasn’t the best I put in another order for skewered shrimp instead of the linguine with the shrimp. It came out black within 10 minutes of ordering and it was cold. Told that to the bartender and he told me they never know what comes out of the kitchen and I told him probably should tell the general manager and he said she did the cooking the linguine that I got wasn’t mixed up properly and it wasn’t the hardest. I tried the hot shrimp that they had it was overcooked being deep-fried and then they put hot sauce on top. Heard the table behind me order fish and chips and the rest Bones and his meal. You guys had this figured out 30 years ago. There wasn’t any room for seating inside and you had 50 to hundred people waiting outside. You had all the key ingredients to be super successful 30 years ago. What happened now it’s not even safe to eat the food. I asked the bartender to touch the shrimp right after they came out to check the temperature as they were burnt on the outside, but not even room temperature. Going to forward these comments to corporate and have them come down and inspect very piss poor way of running a restaurant, and then they don’t even take anything off the bill. A perfect recipe for customers never returning.

We came on a Thursday evening in a group of four and had a dinner at this place. The restaurant was not crowded, but due to the lack of personnel we had to wait for the table. We ordered several drinks, several salads and plates of crabs, shrimps, and lobsters. The food was very good, it came in decent portions with bread which was still warm - very tasty. We paid around 130 usd. The service was nice and polite. I can definitely recommend this place.
