Service was a little on the slow side, especially since there were not so many customers here when we went. Came here to try the fish and chips, which were not so bad. Better than most around the area. Been looking for go to place ever since Half Penny closed years ago. May have found the place when I am in Milpitas. Fish was cooked nicely.

A good place for a meal of steak or combo of surf & turf ( Seafood & Steak), portion was enough for me and goes well with a beer or two. Had sirloin steak & lobster tail. The serve very good biscuit came out hot and melts the butter when applied. We did walk in , did not wait long for tables, but the service could improve.

Honestly, it's not the same as it was 30 years ago. Service was pretty bad. It took several attempts to flag the waiter for water, food, even to order our food. Ambiance was somewhat dreary inside. The wait took 25 minutes to get a seat in an empty restaurant. I think they were short handed. Took another 15 minutes just to get water. 45 minutes to get our orders in. My nephew who was late (he went to wrong location and was 25 minutes away) arrived just as we were getting our food 25 minutes later. Food wasn't fresh. The lobster tasted cooked, then frozen, then reheated again. The crab was small. Flat bread was okay. It took a while to get the check at the end too. If you want fresh seafood, go elsewhere. Quality and service are mediocre at best here. Never coming back here.

It was a great experience. We had the two for Tuesday and it was an great deal and amazing value. We got good portions of lobster tails, Salmon , and shrimp. The staff was also very friendly and taking all Covid precautions.

I eat this place quite often. It is on my way home from church. I always go early between 11 am to 2pm. it has not failed me yet. Sometimes I get food to go. The variety on the menu is vast. they are always adding menu items. That is good since I like to experiment. The food is usually very good. I can only remember one time when I felt like the fish was smelly. Every person that I have encountered here is always so accommodating. It is one of my favorite places to go. The seafood is rather pricey that is to be expected. so plan for that. the portions they give allow me to eat up to three times, which makes it of good value for me.

First time ever trying Red Lobster and ordering take out from this location. But was very glad I did! The food came out hot and fresh with generous portions, packaged flawlessly. Everything was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I recommend the scampi shrimp(I ordered 4) and coconut shrimp(I ordered 2). The sides of fries were crispy and mashed potatoes has yummy seasonings. The biscuits were warm and fluffy which paired great to soak up the garlic buttery goodness from the shrimp. Definitely great staff and management here to perform such high quality food. The food was ready fast with no mistakes and fed the whole family for reasonable prices. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

Google reservations are truly inadequate. I first selected my preferred location over the Maps default. It made the reservation at the original. When I went to modify or cancel, Google had defaulted to the first location. Third... a simple cancelation said Google had no such res. More to the point 1. Maps reservations made no accommodation for notes and special occasions 2. The lack of memo notes provided no space to notify accessibility requirements. (Which adds liability to their system beyond 'convenience '). Leave it to the 'other app' experts Google!

Didn't get water refilled even though multiple servers passed me. My water cup at the end of the meal even didn't have ice (as all of it melted) however it was quite busy with the holiday weekend. I did get some nice biscuits to go as well.
