Red Lobster - Seafood restaurant in Auburn - NEXT TO AUBURN MALL, 1805 Opelika Rd, USA

Food was undercooked. Stuffed mushrooms and broccoli. Asked for butter and cheese on broccoli I got my friends order instead. Crablegs and Lobster are not what you think if you're thinking crab boil. Little bitty dipping sauce with no taste. No flavor to the meats.

Upon entering we were greeted by a wonderful hostess. Was informed that it would be a 30 minute wait. Noticing that it was mid week and the parking lot was not full and costumers not waiting was a puzzle for us; however, our question was answered after the server Zee took our order and informed us that there was only one cook and they also had a large party in the back along with other patrons waiting to be served. Zee & hostess were a delight making sure that everyone was ok and making the wait well worth it. I gave lower marks on food because the salad was not as fresh ( waterish )and biscuits was rushed under cooked ( mushy in the center ). My Gold Ster goes out to the Cook who prepared us the unlimited shrimp & crab feast ⭐

My wife and I went here recently with our two little girls and had an awesome time. Hayden our waitress was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and brought us everything we asked for super quickly she was honestly the best server we have had at any Red Lobster location and we would definitely ask her again. All of our food was cooked perfectly and came out fresh and delicious. The staff including Hayden, and the Hostess were all super kind to the kiddos. Our kids love looking at the Lobster tank and the hostess even gave them each some bead necklace with a lobster pendant hanging from them that made our girls' night haha. I had heard on Facebook this location was under new management for the past few months and honestly didn't have high hopes, since prior to that this was the worst Red Lobster location I had been to ever, and the service used to be abysmal. This time was honestly a completely different experience, honestly 5/5 awesome all around.

Do NOT bother going here!!! We were told last night because we were laughing and having a great time that we could eat, but they ran out of beer....LOL 🤣 the night manager is a complete jerk. The staff is great. We will NEVER eat there again, which is too bad because we have plenty of money to spend. No comment was made to the party of 10 behind us. We rode down the road to Outback and got amazing service and delicious food...oh and they had beer.

It was enjoyable, service was awesome, food was good. I don't eat seafood alot, but I enjoyed the experience.

We went there today to celebrate my Mom and son's birthday. The food was excellent and we all had to go boxes. Rod was our server and did an excellent job. He hustled with a great attitude and personable service. The next time we are there, we will definitely ask for him!

So tonight we went for dinner and Rod was our waiter and let me tell you… He was absolutely amazing. He kept the drinks full, food coming, and was just an overall pleasure to be around. This guy is hands down the best I’ve seen… Thanks Rod for making our experience so wonderful. Your the best my man!!!! Tommy

Our server Zee did the very best she could. I was in restaurant management for a lot of years and never would have let one server handle 10 tables at once. Maybe two tops but never tables with four or more. The food I had was good but my wife's meal was awful the Shrimp were literally burned at the skewer. Still even with one issue or another from her ten tables Zee kept a smile on her face. This location has been here for 35+ years and I never thought I would say Today is my last visit to the Auburn Al location.
