So let's start with. im not a big fan of seafood. That being said, I was optimistic about this experience. I ordered the surf and turf. Paid extra for the 12oz NY Strip with the lobster, ordered calamari for an appetizer, and a side salad. The calamari was ok for taste. The presentation looked like they dumped it out of a bag on the plate with a few peppers on top. Again, it was a 4* on taste. The steak was very disappointing, I ordered it medium, and it arrived well done. I give it a 1* steak sauce didnt even help!. The lobster I have to also give it a 1*, it was cold and very chewy. It's almost like rubber. The salad, on the other hand that was the BEST part of the meal. I give it a 10* lol. The server Alex was kind and professional. He was on point with his attention to detail. He brought Fresh drinks and bread Almost every time he came by the table. So based on my experience its a 2* location. we spent $100 and left hungry. Didn't make a fuss, just paid our bill and left. Stopped by sonic and grabbed couple cheese coneys and ice tea. For less than $20.

The experience was pretty nice, went to dinner with a few of my coworkers and decided to get some lobster tail. I picked the lobster lovers duo. With mashed potatoes and broccoli. The mashed potatoes and broccoli were perfect but the lobster tails were slightly overcooked but still tasty.

To be honest, I work here, the cooks are good people, the servers do their hardest to keep customers happy. Understand that it could take a little for your food to come out because the severs run a few tables, and this experience will be worth the wait and the price. Great lighting so you don't have to fear the unseen, the booths have back padding and are relatively comfortable, big enough for most. The table sits kinda low for taller people but you will be leaning over your plate to make sure you get every bite anyways so it actually helps sometimes. I hope this helps you decide if you want to eat here. It's definitely worth a try, so might as well if you haven't already.

We had the biscuits, soup and salad. The soup was supposed to be clam chowder and no way did it taste or look like clam chowder. it looked like white gravy with little pieces of potato with no taste or flavoring. We will never never go back to red lobster again. we were greeted at the door by a girl that didn’t even talk.

We picked up a couple of Veteran's Days vouchers on Veteran's Day from the manager (very nice) for my Dad and I to use later (which we did -2 days later). The vouchers were good for a month (clearly stated on the vouchers). When we went in the server immediately gave us attitude when my Dad showed her the vouchers saying "those were only good for Veteran's Day". My Dad then showed her the statement on the vouchers. She just grabbed them out of my Dad's hand without asking what we wanted to drink or if we wanted appetizers, we had to order those when she finally came back to the table. I know what she was thinking, no tip (which was absolutely not true). it was very upsetting as my Dad is fighting Stage 4 cancer and I don't know how many Veteran's Days he has left. we ended up ordering an appetizer and drinks as well as the voucher shrimp meals. We left over 20% tip on what the bill would have been if we had paid for the voucher items. Food was great and the server ended up not being too bad but it was very upsetting and a bad way to treat Veterans.

We ate here last night, Saturday the 13th. We both had endless shrimp. We waited over 30 minutes once we ordered our food for it to come out, then it was cold!!! I said something to the waitress when she came back around and the excuse was that they were busy so they cooked ahead and it got cold!! Really?? Busy?? It was 7 pm and there was no line to get in, only every other table was occupied.. 🤦🏻‍♀️ the 2nd order came out hot… my salad came out drowned so badly in dressing it was gross! We were never offered more biscuits , we heard them telling other patrons that there weren’t any more baked yet and there would be a wait??? On a Saturday evening at 7, you aren’t baking biscuits? It was quite obvious that they don’t have good management here, or none at all… frustrating when you spend that kind of money on a “date night” and get such poor quality food and service.

Hadn't been to Red Lobster is a fat minute or two. Some much needed improvements have been made. The menu has had a dramatic change for the better, lots of nice new things on there. Coconut shrimp was extremely tasty. The service was awesome, and the staff all did a great job. The inside hasn't really changed, it could use some refreshing. Overall it was good meal, and evening.

Great seafood restaurant, especially for the price. Much more bar than I would say restaurant but still worth a stop for the food. It was karaoke night which didn't disappoint. Oysters crab and alligator were all good and I would order again. Our wai

Such an awesome place with super gracious host. Stayed there for Thursday and Friday night so that we could see the comedy show and not have to drive home afterwards sat by the creek and spent the day relaxing kudos.
