Red Lobster - Seafood restaurant in Florence - Across From Florence Mall, 2540 David H McLeod Blvd, USA

My Mom and I went for lunch today and had the Endless Shrimp... It was incredible! The Crispy Dragon and Tequila Lime Shrimp were delicious; and the Scampi was as usual. 😋🍤 Service was excellent; our server, Lisa, was friendly and attentive. And, the manager stopped by twice to make sure we were enjoying our meals. 😊

The food was good. The Cheddar Biscuits were very good because they were fresh out of the oven. Service took a little while due to a shortage of staff. Would recommend.

The worst experience I've ever had at a red lobster. We got there just before 3pm. Hardly anyone eating in the restaurant so we thought that we would get fast service. Nope we were there 2.5 hours.we had to ask for a refill of the UNLIMITED biscuits 5 times to get 1 refill.our food was not brought all together. The side dishes were brought out after we finished the main dish. The table that we were sat at was not clean. It was sticky, wet and food stuck to it. Our waiter was very sweet and apologetic. Apparently this is not just an "off" day but rather a regular occurrence. I do not recommend this red lobster.

We were seated and after about 20 minutes with no acknowledge that we were sitting there. I asked a waitress why no one had come over. She advised us that we were not in her section and that a guy would be our waiter. Then he can out while she was talking and stated "that's not my table" so we just got up and left, I don't want to eat where no one wants to serve me.

The restaurant was virtually empty and service was still slow. The bathroom was filthy, smelled and out of soap. Our waiter was not on the mark or anywhere near it. He acted as if he was hangin', not working. At one point he sat at the booth beside our table and lounged while he got our order. He would come to the table and mumble, " My bad...can't believe I...." and just walk off. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The food was good but the quality is not what it once was. The restaurant was cold, dark and looks outdated. I was very disappointed. I won't be going back any time soon.

I'd like to give a better review because we really did enjoy the food. However, the service was terrible. We were there earlier than the rush, so being too busy was not the issue. Almost 2 hours for a small party, and we repeatedly asked for normal things that should have been automatic. It's been awhile since we'd eaten there, and obviously it will be a long time before we return.

The restaurant was not busy. However, I had to wait to be seated. The hostess was in the kitchen, when she finally realised there were people waiting to be seated. She immediately started busting tables. When I was finally seated it to a while to be recognised by the wait staff. Finally my beverage order was taken, it took a while to received the drink and even longer for the meal to be served. When ordering my meal I also placed an order of mushrooms to go. Well sir I waited long enough to say I could have gone out picked and baked them by the time they came out! Sadly won’t be back, too many seafood places to go through this again

25 minutes after sit down for drinks (soda) to come to table. Appetizer came out before drinks but we had to wait 15 minutes after the appetizer was on the table for plates and silverware. Bar drinks and biscuits took 40 minutes. Food took 55 minutes after order and it sat under the heat lamp for a while, Alfredo sauce was thick on top and the plates were very hot. Fish was undercooked and not prepared the way it was ordered. Endless shrimp refill took 30 minutes and was ordered BEFORE our actual meal came out. The staff told us they were prioritizing a catering order rather than the people sitting in the restaurant. "manager" came around and asked how things were going, when we explained, we were told another manager Jeff was going to come out. 40 minutes after that, we asked where Jeff was and were told he was on the line and couldn't come off. But Jeff was the only one who could give us a discount on the meal so that never happened. This was a terrible experience, they claim it was a one off, but every time we come here we have a bad experience.
