Wednesday 24th January got to Shawnee food took long in getting out. Told server didn’t want Brussel sprouts since no bacon will take fries instead. They still brought the brussel sprouts. When I told the waitress , she brought me fries with endless salt
Service sucked so bad. It was slow and there was no personality to find. They would disappear just as we would need refills and even the refills took forever too! We had to find our own high chair because they never came back with one. The food took forever to get out and was not good. I got crab meat from a can instead of something a little fresher. The kids menu didn't have fries. They were out of hamburgers. They were out of Dr. Pepper. I was overcharged for a side salad and the whole meal was way overpriced. Never ever recommending them or going back.
Great night at Red Lobster. Family night, great food, great time. There are lots of different meals all the way around the table. Just look at the faces around the table, happy and satisfied.
Place to go order and ask for silverware and there was none. Wanted my steak medium rare and it came out so rare I just couldn't eat it. I had to take it home and finish cooking it which sucked because I ordered the food to eat in the parking lot of the mall while my teenage kids were watching a movie so I ended up not being able to eat my steak and I had to eat my rice with my fingers and I saved my salad for home as well.
Father's Day 2023 I got there a table around 7.50pm. Food and service is usually great. I was on a father daughter vacation and the kiddo asked for Red Lobster. I got endless shrimp and the kiddo got mac n cheese. Took 20 min to get drinks, we got our food 30 min later. Was informed they were closing so they would bring me a 2ndd serving of shrimp before they closed. Never happened... I told the server to bring me go boxes. Server was kind. Food was good. Just super slow and disappointed over the lack of food and service I expected. There were two loud drunk angry tables there as well... First time I ever had a disaster night at the Shawnee RL.
An old favorite did not disappoint. Had the Cajun Salmon with a loaded baked potato and it was great! Service was great! Demetrius did a great job of taking care of my order and making sure I had a refill anytime I needed one!
The food is delicious and the waiter was so nice! First time being out in a long time. I will say it was a nice experience all around.
Our food good but the place seemed understaffed. Very few folks there but still took about 15 minutes to get seated and our waitress worked hard but seemed to be spread thin. Only had a few kinds of beer cold and although my party of 5 only had maybe 4 beers, they still ran out of beers that were cold. We had a couple of appetizers and 5 different entrees and all were good and properly prepared. Seems more a staffing and managment issue that the product they provide..
