Red Lobster - Seafood restaurant in Jackson - 6357 Interstate 55 North Frontage Rd, USA

The food today was really good. We could not have picked a better place to eat. The food came out pretty quick. The server was very friendly and nice. She had a large area to cover but did a good job keeping everyone happy. I learned long ago, you get what you pay for at Red Lobster. Their premium menu can compete with almost any restaurant. You have to check it out and keep on your list of places to dine

It was one hour wait time. Lot of tables were empty but maybe they didn't have enough servers. The food was delicious and the sever was ok. She had too many tables so she couldn't help us as much as we would have liked.

Service was quick as we showed up around 4 and it was quiet. The lighting is really dark and music is very old pop music. Menu is an Okay price range. I got the sea farers and was fine with everything but the fried shrimps the taste didn’t seem right to me. The waitress we had was also just okay. Overall a good 6/10 experience.

2 is for the biscuits! The lobster and artichoke appetizer was pretty good. Martini came out literally warm, Filet mignon was ordered medium rare and came out well done, we sent it back and they returned with a sirloin which was also well done. Seafood was mediocre at best, lobster was over cooked, no draft beer (not working), no smiles or greeting upon entering, drinks were empty 80% of the meal, less than mediocre service and no hospitality. Took 10 minutes of the untouched steak sitting on the edge of the table both times before it was checked on. Don’t expect much from Red Lobster but it was truly a horrible dinning experience. Some smiles and more personable service would have gone a long way with the problems with the food, we constantly felt as if we were causing an inconvenience when we asked for anything. Very sad, this is clearly far from the vision of the brand.

Delicious meal and good service. Not very busy at about 5 pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant seemed a bit run down (old), but the biscuits were as good as any I have had at any Red Lobster. My iced tea was cold and fresh and our server was pleasant and efficient. I enjoyed my meal.

Jackson, ms. The food was really good and environment was great as well. The waitress may need a lil bit more training she was nice but slow . It took along time for her to bring you items,refills, ticket etc.

Hubby and I had been wanting to return to Red Lobster for quite some time, as it had been a while since our last visit. The food is ALWAYS amazing, but the service this time was mediocre, at best (We opted for curbside pickup, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic). We ordered online, chose a pickup time, and followed all check in procedures, only for me to still have to go inside and retrieve our food. I must admit, however, the place was spotless, and the servers were still friendly, despite having fallen behind with order preparation (hence my deduction of only one star). We absolutely love the cheddar biscuits, and tried several of the new dishes, which turned out to be delicious.

It had been a long time since I've eaten a Red Lobster because of a previous experience at a different location. I stopped in on Sunday at the Ridgeland MS location, set at the bar and immediately received great service from the bartender/ waitor. Appetizers arrived fast, as well did my main course. I was surprised, all the food tasted really good. Now you can't expect it to be like you're on the coast fresh, but all in all it was very tasty. I would eat here again and recommend it to anyone looking for some seafood close by.
