Red Lobster - Seafood restaurant in Ronkonkoma - 5010 Express Dr S, USA

I want to start off by saying this place has a special place in my heart...my family sweet 16 dinner was here, we came here with my grandparents when they were alive, so my heart has fond memories at this restaurant. 5 of us met up last Sunday for my father's birthday dinner. Our server Nicholas came right over to introduce himself and bring us some biscuits. He had such a fantastic sense or humor and had us all laughing the whole time. He answered our questions, the food came out hot and accurate, and tasted amazing. He even came over with a dessert for my father for his birthday and made it a point to make him feel special at his dinner and since he was turning 65 the next day, that was really important to me and meant the world to us. The food was great but Nicholas made sure we had an experience we won't forget. When we went outside to say goodbye, my father said next time he comes back he's going to ask for Nicholas because it was such a great dinner. I don't live in Suffolk anymore and I'm tempted to take the drive just to have another night like that. I've told a bunch of my friends to head over and enjoy themselves because this went beyond any expectations I went in with. Thank you for such a fantastic night with my family, and a special thanks to Nicholas for providing such excellent service that has us still talking about how incredible he is!

Overall, it was a pleasant lunch. The food was tasty, nothing out of this world though. The shrimp was a little small, but flavorful and cooked to perfection. The service was wonderful, nothing lacking. Atmosphere was nice and quiet. The cheddar bay biscuits were delicious, as always. Wished there were more than 6 small shrimp on the shrimp and fries plate.

Our waiter was awesome and very attentive! Food came fast, was hot and delicious!

The food was delicious, although it would be nice if they had a little more options for cold dishes such as shrimp ceviche or more variety of salads. In this summer season, the options for cold dishes are ideal. The service was very good from The waitress only had a delay in the kitchen to send the butter sauce because they had already sent the lobster...the atmosphere is nice, the bathrooms are tidy and clean, in general you have a good experience at Red lobster and the prices are good too . and the margaritas are delicious

I, like most people, have been to Red Lobster many times over the years. First of all, my server was great. Very friendly and attentive to all my needs. The service wasn't the problem. The atmosphere isn't too bad either. The main issue for me was the quality of the food. I got the endless shrimp and every bite of my meal tasted like it came frozen out of a box.I didn't even finish my dinner, considering I hadn't eaten all day looking forward to my dinner at Red Lobster. Paid for my meal at the table. Left my server a nice tip. She asked if I wanted to take the rest home. I saw no reason to. Very disappointed. It may be a while before returning.

A waiter time was great. Impeccable service. Food was also very good. We did have a reservation for 6:00 p.m. and came 5 minutes early. It was told we have to wait till 6:00 even though others who had no reservations were able to get in before us which did not make any sense. Thus, that's why I'm giving it a three.

Ordered curbside to go today and was extremely disappointed. Sat in front of the store with hazards on as directed after check in. For 15 minutes. Nothing. Went inside, host station sent me to the empty bar where my food was apparently ready and waiting. Stood by the bar waiting for 8 minutes before I had to approach a bartender. 2 bartenders with only 3 patrons and I was still ignored. 60 bucks for 1 entree that wound up being soggy and cold by the time I recieved it. Absolutely ridiculous
