Casino connected to the hotel, Mall connected into the hotel. The pool goes up to 8ft deep. They have a sauna and a hot tub. So much to explore. It was great sin e I had no plans all week. Hotel is in a GREAT location!

We were with a large tour group (40+ people) that had been booked months prior. Our flight came in to town early, and our director called the hotel asking if the room keys were ready. The hotel ensured her that everything was good to go and told her that we could come early. When we arrived shortly after 2pm, we were told that the keys were not ready. The group proceeded to wait, some of us for well over two hours (past the normal 4pm check in). Room was adequate as well as the continental breakfast. After leaving and moving on to the next town, I realized I had left an item behind in my room. I called the hotel the next morning at 8am asking if someone could check the room. My information was taken, and I never received a call back even saying that the item was not found. While this is an interesting location directly attached to a mall, I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend for larger groups.

Even though the computer system was down, we still had a great stay! |Rooms were good, but ESPECIALLY Guillermo. seriously, what a guy. Top tier employee. ||The front desk couldn’t make room keys while their system was down, but right when we would walk in the door, we didn’t even have to wait, he would be ready to take us up to our rooms! He was just so accommodating.

came for a weekend getaway; choose this place as it was alittle more affordable compared to surrounding hotels. Great location (for us anyway), bed was comfy, nice outdoor common area with a fire pit, a couple of board game options at the front common area and friendly staff. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food however I wish it went even a 1/2 hour longer. Docked 1 star because; the temp in the room isn’t controlled by a thermostat so the fan/ac was always running and the pool was mediocre at best. Tiny pool and even more tiny hot tub for the capacity of the hotel, cold air was pumping in the pool area so there was a chill and the sauna was never really or ever got hot.

The Red Lion provided the worst experience at a hotel that we have had in many decades. We were part of a tour group staying at the hotel for 5 nights. Upon arrival in our room, surfaces clearly had not been dusted/wiped and the interiors of the drawers were dirty. If there was prior notice to tour participants in pre-program communications that daily housekeeping would not be provided, I did not see it, and there was no mention of same at check-in. Minimal service in the form of daily clean towels and trash removal was provided to some--but not all--tour participants. Several participants reported having to make trips down to the pool to get clean towels on multiple days. One morning, I made a specific request to have the beds made and, in preparation, folded the pajamas at the upper corner of each bed, only to find the beds unmade when I returned in the afternoon. I was told by the front desk that if “anything, even a sock, was on the bed,” housekeeping staff is instructed (as a matter of policy) not to make beds. That “policy” was also not disclosed in the hotel room or upon check-in. But, that “policy” is certainly a convenient excuse for not providing the customary hospitality services to hotel guests, even in response to a specific request.|Reactions of our fellow tour participants to the Red Lion’s slovenly and unhygienic lack of housekeeping services ranged from merely disgusted to apoplectic. After the program concluded, we remained in Kalispell for two extra days—but not at the Red Lion as we’d previously planned. It was then that I learned that the Red Lion’s failure to resume a reasonable level of upkeep and hospitality services after the pandemic is an “open secret,” well-known and readily acknowledged by Kalispell locals. Visitors to Glacier National Park would be well-advised to consider other comparably-priced chain hotel options.

Stayed here a few days ago, the pool was filled with kids, we were looking forward to it but unfortunately only stayed a night and weren’t able to go swimming. Front desk staff was great, stayed in a room that my wife and I weren’t comfortable with but Guillermo from reception was very helpful and got us accommodated to the room of our liking. Breakfast was good, better than most hotels… will be staying here again

This will be the 81st hotel review I've done in the last two years. So let's get too it. Rooms- The King Suite room was clean and everything worked fine. Needs a couple more charging plugs on both sides of the bed. Overall a good layout with business desk. Bed was fine, no issues. Room had a fridge and microwave which were a plus. The only draw back was the bathroom fan. Oh my gosh, it was so loud it was obnoxious. Staff- GREAT!!! From check in to checkout we meet some great persons. Breakfast- Wear your hiking shoes and bring oxygen as its quite the trek to get there. Their were two attendants that kept everything full. Very much the same as most places offer but kicked up. I mean no water in the eggs, sausage that was edible, and some good biscuits and gravy. If you like yogurt or oatmeal you've got plenty of fixins to add. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Location Negative: The carpet in the room was filthy. We couldn?t walk around without our shoes on. Low quality sheets. Cheap bed, super bouncy.

Great value, great location, even better staff. I stay at this hotel a couple times a year. One of the best airport hotels ever. And the staff are the best part. On my last trip, the hot tub wasn't working. (Not an issue for me.) But someon

Wonderful concert venue. Comfortable seats and great sound system. Staff was super helpful in finding seats and offering information. Wish the lighting would have been a bit better, but that may have been the band's crew. Way too much bright white, w
